The share price is where it is because the deal is CRAP. The risk/reward advantage has totally gone, the majority value has been snaffled by RAM. Not to do with anything else.

Our cultural story is wrong. Why should management always be "incentivised or even need to be aligned". It is legalised theft in my opinion. Imagine if every employed cleaner needed to be "incentivised and aligned". It is another way for fat cats to help themselves unfairly, imo. They get paid a salary, end of.
