It is not clear to me at all that the BOD have done anything wrong. If you were in their shoes, all the same constraints and issues would apply. The situation is not simple.

Today U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross initiated a vanadium imports inquiry.

The agency is assessing whether the domestic industry is "...adversely impacted by unfairly traded low-priced imports, limited export markets due to value-added tax regimes in other vanadium producing countries, and the distortionary effect of Chinese and Russian industrial policies."

Commerce is responding to the petitioners AMG Vanadium LLC and U.S. Vanadium who made the plea."

Well, his "business life time" may end soon, as mooted end of last year. Perhaps times are a changin'? Something will have to give here soon anyhows. The macro situation is way out of kilter to where this project is stuck at.

How much longer are Glencore going to persist with the Jumelles fig leaf / farce? If they truly want to sell this at top price, surely and upfront leading tactic would now serve them better. All this EPP piddling serves no end purpose really to Glencore?

I am optimistic, the macro environment is now in a sweet spot for a sale and Glencore / ZIOC will get a good offer. Now or never, imo.
