Am I right in thinking the mcap is only potentially £11.5M based upon new and future admissions?

Seems like the company is a lot further along than most helium developers/producers and now has funds to accelerate that growth.

Sitting on my hands on the sidelines waiting for price to stabilise likely at 4p but all sounds jolly exciting.

What’s sentiment like? Thoughts on management? Etc CEO seems to have decent skin in the game.

I’ll be honest: sold my shares at 65p as I think this may be a slow burner. Inherent value is there though and latest presentation talk of eyeing new opportunities is exciting.

If we see 62 on the ask I’ll be back with more shares and I very much suspect there’ll be others that follow.

Suspect we’ll fit that gap to 90’s within the year and then who knows.

How much does he pay you, CMG? Slice me in? :)

I don’t think anything has materially changed with the company since yesterday so at current discount to prev price it feels worth a gamble. Stocks spike for all sorts of reasons and the rns did not guarantee a fundraise.

Clearly it’s a poorly run company but they do have a contract guaranteeing multiples of mcap. Yes that doesn’t = profitability but hundreds of unprofitable companies are worth more than ENET.

From a technical pov we bounced off resistance at 0.033 today hence price action this afternoon.

My view is we’ll likely trade 0.03-0.033 until test results RNS. Then all bets are off.

Of course you could try to trade to acquire more shares and thats usually my inclination but it’s such a tight range and crap spread that you’re making 5% tops and I don’t think that’s worth the risk of missing out.

But each to their own. DYOR all IMO.

Hi Cevodniya. That’s fine, “substantial” (not my word choice) is of course subjective and perhaps over-emphasised but I would argue that the directors collectively purchasing around £75k of shares at a marginal premium to placing price marks a degree of confidence in the company at present moment, regardless of how much they are paid.

Gonna have to disagree there, too, Paul. I don’t see any indication that the investors have been selling.

The large sells we have seen are likely from the brokers and the forward selling of MM’s once they became aware of the placing.

No way have we have had enough volume to churn £5million with of new shares yet the price has held up.

NED’s don’t make that much yet Andrew Scott bought 52 million shares recently. People are funny:

1) don’t buy shares and get slated.

2) Directors do buy shares and still get slated for not buying enough shares.

lol.

Fact is, there was no legal nor moral obligation to stump up x number of months salary to support share price and holders and yet they all did, very recently (just before pivotal flow test)

If you are somehow taking that as a negative I think you would be wise to reassess.

More importantly than how substantial the amount was is that they had no obligation to increase yet most directors did increase and all hold reasonable amounts of skin in the game. Which, on AIM, is not a given

Dsymons and some random new account on here that turned up ramping.

Dsymons seems to have some cache here as ITK (for placings at least) but he was also quite non-specific as helium flowing, greater than expected.

Find out for sure soon enough.
