We need to do the same as AMC ;)
We need to hold it until the Pre-Covid levels :)
Some guy wanted to report me because I was saying buy AMC ??
Keep it tight guys. Hold it don't take your profit now
We all have been patient so hold it. You will be disapointed if you sell it now and the SP will reach +£1.2
HL shows always the Bid Price but once you will deal with on the quotation price will be the same as the share price.
Make sure you switch into shares live in tour option to trade equity. This is something very new... it will be able to trade stocks instantly
Sorry I forgot to mention it I trade with HL.
Yay I am soo happy with my performance on AMC. It clearly shows that CInemas will not disappear. Hopefully Cineworld will do the same soon
For those who hold stocks with their ISA make sure to switch to Live Price in your option, otherwise you will trade with fil or kil which is annoying.
Found it on Reddit :)
Only a number changed but I understand you are too old for a lot request ;)

AMC Entertainment Inc. is in talks with Apollo Global Management Inc. and other top creditors over a potential financing deal backed by the cinema chain’s European assets, according to people familiar with the matter.
AMC, the world’s largest movie theater company, is negotiating with lenders including Apollo, Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, and Ares Management Corp. to expand the line of credit available to the company’s U.K.-based Odeon Cinemas Group subsidiary, these people said.
The company, which since October has warned of a possible bankruptcy filing as pandemic restrictions shut down theaters world-wide, has also held talks with other creditor groups and potential outside investors, the people said.
AMC didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
AMC acquired Odeon, the largest cinema operator in Europe, in 2016. The subsidiary has a 100 million-pound revolving credit facility, worth approximately $135 million, which was fully drawn as of September. Discussions have centered on upsizing the credit facility by roughly £300 million, though the amount and structure of a potential deal are still under negotiation, the people said.
AMC has been hard hit by the pandemic, which temporarily shut the doors of most of its theaters. Major Hollywood studios have either delayed releasing films or released them straight to streaming services, leaving cinemas with little content to show those viewers willing to brave a trip to the big screen.
Meanwhile, surging coronavirus infections in Europe, as well as the emergence of a more-contagious variant of the virus, have led both the U.K. and German governments to impose a new round of lockdowns.
Since the onset of the pandemic, AMC has taken several steps to find financial lifelines, raising debt and equity financing and completing a debt exchange.
AMC said in December it needed to raise at least $750 million to make it to the other side of the pandemic. Chief Executive Adam Aron said on CNBC Tuesday that the company raised $204 million of its goal in the first two weeks of December. The company has been selling stock into the market and raised $100 million in debt financing from hedge-fund manager Mudrick Capital Management LP.
Hi NOFEAR,
Could you please copy and paste the full article (6/01/2021) from the Wall Street Journal? Sorry I don't have access on it.
Cheers
Hi there,
Happy New Year to all.
Just received an email from KX Tickets saying that shows at London County Hall is opening again. And the Performance will begin the 18th of May 2021. Could be a good news for us too...
Thanks for your wishes - Happy new year to you - hopefully we will enjoy going back to Cine and will enjoy seeing a higher stock price...
Take care & stay safe
LTHcine - I will hold it - speak to you in March 21.
Happy new year
@LTH if you followed my advise on AMC since the beginning when to buy and when to sell --- I made 56% on £3,000 - I agree with you it's not a lot but within weeks - and honestly with the price of AMC with the same risk it could be more interesting - until now I made what 3% on Cineworld? Since Beginning of August? Even before? Honnestly??
@M00la hopefully the vaccine will be efficient and the fear the media is spreading will alleviate and the consumer confidence will be back... Because in the UK there is a variant of the virus and if the cinema will be closed until the end of 2021? What we are going to do??
I am not blaming others and I am very happy with my investments my life my job as a Risk Analyst...
I am just fed up when people say the SP will be at 80 or £1 at the end of the week and they are keep saying it since August and it never happened I guess...If you have opinion please share and I will be happy to read your comment as I put an article in French saying that the VOD didn't made enough money to compete cinemas... but in my comment I never said that the SP will be at 80 or 135 or whatever... No one knows... don't sell hopes for others...
Keep your positivity for you. You wasted our time by saying hold tight hold tight.
BG America did 128% BG China did 49% there are mutual funds less risky no idiosyncratic risk...
I have been invested for months months almost a year to have 5%? even if it will reach £1 we will win 100%? Within 2 years?
And do you consider yourself a good investor? Look at AFC Energy / Robotech - AI - ESG - Renewable Energy...
Cinema is good not for movie but to feel up girls in the dark ;)
Hope you enjoyed your Christmas with the current situation
It was a bad week for WW1984 even Tenet during the pandemic and with bad criticism did better...
VoD cannot replace cinema and I am sure WB will think about it. And Bond will wait theaters to be open.
WW in 2017 made 825M$ of Box Office and I was expected 1Bn$ for WW1984. Do you think they will do 1Bn$ with VoD? Never

The VOD in China for this movie is very bad. They really need Cinema to make a lot of money... This is something we knew since the beginning but the article (in french sorry for that) is interesting... :)
I told you guys to buy AMC yesterday...
But people wanted to report me... anyway
Good luck to everyone
No mate - I have both Cineworld & AMC Ent in my portfolio
Last time I advised to buy AMC, the stock was at 2.84 and I advised to sell at 4.43 so 56%
Now it is at 3.42 to buy and wait...
If you think that I am a traitor because I do not hold Cineworld you are wrong mate. I hold £14,000 at 62p and I will keep them for a long time, I also have my Cineworld unlimited card so don't worry about that.
Don't get too nervous you're 51 enjoy the rest of oyur life :)
Guys hopefully you will be compensated.
But honnestly HL is a good platform - a bit expensive but good service never complain about.
I started trading with FreeTrade it's not bad it's free but I am very new at it.
Good Luck
