After watching the Jacob/JKR interview last weekend with Sir Martin Sorrell at the end of the interview Sir Martin discussed S4 Capital's transic valuation. I've just run the numbers based on this years latest analysts forecast regarding EBITDA of £109M & Net Debt of £200M also based on today's current shares in issue, this is expected to rise in H2 of this year for M&A payments. = transic valuation of 153p per share.
Years 2024 & 2025 I've also run the numbers based on the latest analysts forecasts regarding EBITDA & Net Debt but obviously not taking in to account the possibility of share buy backs that would give a boost to the valuation.
2024 233p
2025 333p
What multiples of Ebitda do they use?
Thanks

Mary are you saying you think their will be a retracement testing the lows of around 100 - 106p after this dead cat bounce up to around 117-119p?
Thanks Nigco
Any significance in the low volumes today?
Now at 50% retracement level.
Still possibly 14 trading days until full year results, which I expect to be very positive given the soundings in SMSs various interviews over recent months. Lets hope this finds support at 180 otherwise we could be heading for 138!

Regarding my post 8th Feb and your response. A clock is right at least twice per day!!!
Think this will bottom around 1.90 then back up to new highs 2024 highs possibly 2.80!
Looks like this is going back to 200!
Thanks Pearls. Without sounding sycophantic I value your posts. BoL

Where from here, now that we’ve breached 200? I suspect it’ll dip below and hover for a while, but 2.50 by Christmas I reckon!!
In line with previous reporting, a webcast and conference call will be held at 08:00 GMT in London, followed by another webcast and call at 08:00 EST / 13:00 GMT. The dial in details and webcast links will be available in due course.
Big day tomorrow with the half year results. Any thoughts on whether it’ll finish the day higher or lower?
What % of short positions have now closed in the last week?
4.95% of all shares was held, so what is it now?
Answers on a postcard to the above address please?
EBITDA
Before the EBIDTA was revised down by 20% by the BoD this was trading at approx 2.25. That suggests that this is likely to get back to around 1.80 before the 2nd qtr results are announced on 14th Sept.
Any other views welcome.

Excuse my ignorance, but how did you know there was a ‘Strong buy signal again this morning!’
