Before the EBIDTA was revised down by 20% by the BoD this was trading at approx 2.25. That suggests that this is likely to get back to around 1.80 before the 2nd qtr results are announced on 14th Sept.

If I remember correctly at the last update SMS announced a City Institution Seminar (charm offensive) to be held in September. This, of course will coincide with the Q2 results, so should bode well for an autumn ‘lift off l’ imho - DYOR!!

Fizy66 in answer to your question: my understanding is SMS has a golden share which prevents a take over without his agreement!

SMS stated it would be out by end of May, when he did the Q&A of his 2021 annual report.

Next weeks 1st qtr report will see this up through the 300s and back into 400s by mid June.

I thought I heard him say Audit report by end of week and 1st qtr results by end of month!

Didn’t SMS say the Audit Report would be released by end of this week?

The most telling sentence in this interview was:

“And I anticipate a resolution in fairly short order.”

Choosing the word ‘resolution’ as opposed to completion implies that there may be a disagreement between s4 and pwc!

Can anyone inform me why the previous finance director resigned, as I understand the current FD only took up post three months ago?

With no news on the audit, why has this jumped up over 10%?
The EL contract can’t account for such a positive move upwards, surely?

Do you think S4C will bottom out at 307 or do charts indicate lower? I sold at 425 and I’m waiting to get back in.
