I love the logic that because a director paid a higher price than it is know that’s a good sign. Just think how good it is for those who have paid £1 plus, they must be even more delighted.

That £30k odd purchase was out of desperation and will have sucked a few more in so well worth doing.

My guess for this last year will be £4,500,000 spent and income about £150,000 max. This will finally end when they do a raise and people decide no more, enough is enough.

After all they have such a flood of good news they are bound to not bother with telling shareholders who are wondering if they will lose their total investment that they are finally making sales.

We saw the pattern again last week - manipulate the price, get some more suckers on board, let a few people post rocket emojis on here and swear blind this is going up to goodness knows how much and then bang, back to the previous low level and lower.

We had Popeye on here yesterday assuring everyone yesterday was the low and guess what, it went lower earlier today.

Eureka nobody needs to trash the company as they have done more than a good job of it themselves. It’s a complete and utter disaster.

Imagine standing before Deborah Meaden or Peter Jones and saying we sold £100k worth of product last year and think this year will be £5m then trying to explain the £4.9m extra is based on hope.

No CEO with a pipeline of £5m in such a small company would walk. It’s very very conceivable they will return a loss of £5m as haven’t been far short of that in the previous 2 years.

When people post this type of rubbish it’s based not on reality but blind hope. The huge problem is hope is all they have as the price has gone down so far they are deep under water and it’s really not worth selling now. I would imagine some are 95% down on what they have put in.

They sit there with their calculators dreaming about ‘what ifs’. The more evidence they are given that nobody wants what GDR have for sale the longer their posts get.

Absolute waste of time on every level accept for those at GDR who have lived of this ‘start up’ for years.

For context it been on 4 days and had 87 viewings (most probably from people on here). What in earth do you think that’s going to achieve.

A lack of sales end every business in the end - it’s just not a sustainable business model to spend and get next to nothing coming in. It’s no different to our own finances - spending big but earning small never ends well.

Over the years it’s always something on the horizon that is going to save GDR but they come and go and because they don’t sell anything the price just keeps going down. There’s a pattern of dangling a carrot, people getting sucked in and within days the price reverses and people are then locked in with losses, some of them huge. Off the top of my head people have hung their hats on the following and none have solved the no sale problem:-

Devote funding

Changing the CEO (a few times)

Hearing technology

Covid vaccines

Stroke marker

NICE recommendations (or not in some cases)

The final nail will probably come when one of the fund raise exercises fails and people just say ‘I am not giving you any more money’.

I said 2 years ago this was done and we are almost there.

Trouble is aimgambler some are nuts. I was criticised heavily for saying some had been spiked at 6p but look at it now. They are like the alcoholic who tell us they could stop drinking whenever they chose and don’t have a problem or the gambling addict who is going to quit after the next spin.

Even when the doors close they will spend days debating why it’s not the end.

Most have done here what we all have at times, seen the price much higher and with a bit of encouragement dreamt about investing and getting a huge profit within days, or hours even and like most gamblers chased their losses. Most won’t have even told their partners they are invested and are having sleepless nights about that moment of confession.

Those who receive abuse on here have faced the truth (have also lost money) but continue to be abused by those who simply need to vent at someone. It is a shame all round but this share is almost done.

Stocksaint - I have compared GDR to Dragons Den a few times but always get told 'Oh it isn't like that'!

Course it is - fundamentally they ask 3 things:-

1. What are your sales (well £50k a year the last 2 years)

2. What is your trading history (well the last two years we have lost over £4,000,000 pounds)

3. What would you do with our money (just continue to pay ourselves and have fun spending £400k a month)

At this point the Dragons put the lids on their pens, put their notepads on the table, declare themselves out and the dreamers disappear into the lift telling us all the successful multi-millionaires are wrong and they are right!
