Seb/Org.......It is quite possible the results RNS we are expecting may not be out tomoz......but imho.....RM is aware of expectations.........so I am very hopeful we will receive an update......or even a 'share suspension'......or something in between.

Inflammation/interferon is the bodies initial reaction to healing
Steroids are used to reduce swelling......and bronchoconstriction .....when the lungs are unable to perform.....as in severe disease and asthma

Meelie......yes, we now realise they work against each other. Interferon is part of the inflammatory response.....steroids counter it. So interferon in early/mild cases......steroids (Dexamethasone) in late/severe cases of Covid ......

I haven’t had time to catch up with posts so forgive me with my late addition.....it maybe a repeat.
When Astra pulled out.....Synairgen were later able to reanalyse the results. They could show yes...that some of the patients had bacterial rather than viral infections which of course.....diluted the affect. Additionally, though, because it was unknown at the time, many of the patients were on steroid treatments as a norm. This counters the affect of Synairgen. Hence it was a faulted trial......

Yes Ghia.....deja vu indeed......the happy ending required sooner rather than later......I fear for a few more souls if not......we lost a few last time....and not sure even those have all recovered yet?.......come on Synairgen.....no more casualties please.

Tommy........LL is a fabled stock picker of the 80s and 90s. He is no longer working in the public domain.......so we cannot know his reasoning or his wealth which nowadays is in family trusts and pensions.......but he was renowned in those times as studying hundreds of stocks daily......and we struggle with one or two. I suspect, from his history......that he will top slice on profits......whenever a share grows over a certain percentage of his portfolio......this would be normal. I suspect Sng is balanced at no more than 1% orso of his total stock.

The BOD have absolute control.....imho.....shareholders need absolute trust in them. If the BOD lose this trust...the SP might plummet

Jaycob.....yes .....that is part of it. Without his investment .......Synairgens fundraising would have been at c 20p rather than 35p......meaning a much greater share dilution....meaning shares worth less now to us ...

Jaycob.......yes, but don’t worry about LL. He is one of the wealthiest people in the world.....and his agenda is very different to ours .....or Synairgens. He is a Warren Buffet type......and we are very lucky to have had him on board. He has added confidence to us all in the low times. His investment allowed the company to taise quick money. I expect.....as share price has risen his investment in Synairgen has risen to an unbalanced level for his portfolio.........either that or.....as I posted the day the sales showed as a stepped decline (wed)......he may have bought another aeroplane...!
