This is ridiculous, how can LOGP lose c.50% of its value in a month on no news. Aim sucks!

BLVN sold half of its stake in Etinde for c.$200m.
The market cap of BLVN today (valuing the other half of its stake) is c.£50m.
Huge disconnect between the two. Hopefully this is the start of the rise into that.

While it looks fairly clear the ban on drilling (if it ever gets adopted) is on on future not existing licenses, it would be helpful if the company issued a clarificatory announcement.

The SP always goes funny at results time, usually a rise in the weeks before followed by a sell off in the day or two before. From past experience it seems to bounce back a day or two following results. Hopefully this will push above 3000

Most of us probably had little idea of the business Ovoca had moved into, but this sounds promising. On top of this we have the price of the POLY shares we own, so a rerate could be around the corner.

This has been eight years almost to the day since the SP first plunged off the news that something wasn't right with the mining permits. I guess it's a learning experience if nothing else. I for one will be very skeptical about Indonesian and emerging market investment.

What is the anticipated spud date for Verbier, there are still a couple of wells beforehand aren't there?

That would be ideal. I've always been frustrated by other AIM share prices rocketing while LOGP seems to linger and never quite get the sustained rise we're looking for. Hopefully the market will wake up and realize these drills are transformational.

Can anyone refresh my memory on what happens after this verdict is given? If it's thrown out then the previous ruling against CHL stands. But if the annulment is granted then does this go straight to the award, or are there other hoops CHL has to jump through before then?

By my very rough calculations (based upon cash held and cash due) the current SP values the rest of BLVN's slice of Etinde at under c.$50m. Didn't we sell an equal proportion to our JV partners for c.$200m? You'd think this needs to value up, I just wonder when. It would be crazy if BLVN got taken out for anything less.

agree with this. Given that BLVN is being valued at little more than cash, with very little being ascribed to Etinde, it makes sense to clear the balance sheet of cash, that way the actual assets will start to receive a proper valuation

Some good steady increases in SP over the last few days. No reason why this can't get back to the +2p range

What do people think the SP will get to before 18 Jan? Would be nice to see this back up to 40p.

This is good news in my view, with less cash on the balance sheet let's hope to see etinde being properly valued at long last.

Oxbury, i've had exactly the same thoughts in the past. It's tempting but I'd not recommend it. I've held since 2012, topped up/averaged down three or four times since then with similar amounts. However many times I've thought 'this has bottomed out, surely' it then just goes lower and there's another placing. Just my view (based on factual history), I'm sure others will tell you it's going to multibag from here!
