Because it is not a conversion of bonds so nothing has changed.

There is such a large gap between the manipulated share price and the actual value of our company that one day soon the sp will move dramatically upwards. As has been said before the value of our equipment alone is very much more than our market cap, without the value of our oil and carbon storage capacity. As Blackstout said, the sensible ones are taking this opportunity to increase their holdings. I have done so today, 25% increase in to 7 figures, and I will hold for many multiples of the current sp. Some green box poster was offering charity donations when it reaches 5p, and obviously the poster would disappear by then. I am looking for a lot more, don't be fooled in to thinking 5p is all we will get, prepare to be amazed!

When you buy shares you don't give money to the company, you buy from a seller, a previous holder of the shares. I see this frequently, people thinking that buying shares gives money to our company.

Did you mean 'bought'? Was it the 250 buy at 15.12.47? Or did you bring it from somewhere else?

Take a look at the recent RNAs, they have stopped production and have no income.

The consolidation clause is 'up to 1000:1', not '1000:1' and it is just to allow this at a later date, not necessarily now. It has been said that the price needs to be higher to enter the US market and get new investors, so 100:1 would be sufficient for that. New investors must be good news. And consolidation does not change the value of your investment, why are so many on here thinking that it is dilution?

Rely on the regulatory announcements, which say the JV is near to completion, not what some random person says on Twitter.

If you look back at larger volume days over the last few weeks, there have been some days when the buying was strong all morning, during Chinese day time, and then almost nothing in the afternoon, Chinese night time. I had previously wondered if there was Chinese buying.

Yesterday I posted a thought that maybe our proposed JV partner was already drilling the first two wells behind the NDA to be certain about what is there before signing the JV, and this may explain the long delay........my post was removed, I wonder why?

Yes, with the two pieces of news today, we should start a move upwards. It would be good to get a reasonable amount higher before the JV news, a better starting point. I have never sold a COPL share, just bought steadily over the last couple of years, but 105,000 more today at less than 6p seems ridiculously cheap compared to the assets and potential.

We have an information blackout because of the NDA. The NDA is still in place bacause the JV is still being discussed. If the JV was no longer on the cards we would be getting a lot more info about progress.

From the 3rd January announcement:

We would not be providing up front deposits and fees for non existent financing!

So near term is already covered, to bridge the gap until JV or new financing arrangement........so definitely engineered drop, let's see the bounce back to where we were, nothing has changed.

And to be clear, I don't trade, I did not sell any on the drop but bought more on Friday. Investors will be the winners, and the traders will miss the big return.
