Just utter tosh. The maximum allowed to PB was Euro8 million but in this case only £3 million was allocated to PB. It is all in favour of their city mates. We are treated like cheap underwriters - if their city mates don't take up their allocation then they dumped it on us. I intend to write to PB to complain. Whilst I understand this is beyond PB's control they should come to an agreement in advance on a method of allocating shares to their clients before undertaking to use us as cheap underwriters.

Even though it is suspended selling price just dropped to 4.88p. Will this be the selling price when trading suspension is lifted?

My main issue is the low volume traded. With the amount of new shares being issued will this bring down the SP?

I have been following this share on and off through the years. I noticed they have year on year impressive revenue growth but are still making losses. One of the main expenses is Sales and Marketing costs which are very high and probably explains why they are making losses. Can anyone enlighten me on why the Sales and Marketing costs are so high?

Not necessary a bad sign. Could be that bookbuilding is still not completed and institutions are waiting to see how low the price will go before they place their bids at the lowest price possible.

Looking at the RNS on the placing yesterday ordinary shareholders are entitled to purchase shares at 5p although there is no mention of the ratio of new shares to current shareholding. The ex-entitlement date is tomorrow. Am I correct to say that if I buy shares today I will be entitled to buy into the new share offer at 5p per share?
