Plus, as stated, Provexis are the supplier to By Health under the terms of that agreement, therefore volumes should be substantial from the time of transfer. Win-win.
Current levels of business, and demand from the inherited clients, doesn't add more costs, as all can be outsourced. To develop further outside if the China market would require a sales force. The scale and projected costs of that will be interesting to see in future updates.

Fully agree that Ian Ford is well aware of all current matters, updating of the website is necessary from time to time, although of limited value to shareholders, preaching to the choir. Given the breadth and scope of the health benefits of Fruitflow, I'm sure we all find it frustrating that sales volume isn't already greater, perhaps a reflection on the jaded attitude towards health claims in general.

It does work gix, it's an impressive list, ought to deliver enough revenues on it's own. The biggies are all ahead of us IMHO

It is too big, and not helpful when no-one can tell which brands are still offering the product. At the end of it all, what those brand launches have achieved is get Provexis close to breakeven. The brands that matter are the more highly promoted, state approved, By Health products that are to come. The RNS's remind us that this would mean a step change in sales volume.

Perhaps someone should tell the lady in the ad that if she were to climb on the man in a different way, he might not need to take a tablet.

Totally agree with these comments, the positivity of these articles is infectious. By Health obviously know how to grow a business. If they are even partly right then the value is clear, as would be the value to them in owning the IP outright.

For someone who is coming to this board without any prior knowledge, reading the recent hugely enthusiastic publications coming from China would surely lead them to appreciate the colossal potential. However, all of it has been said already for many years over here. "strong interest from many multinationals" are words that are so familiar to long term watchers. As ever, the questions are:- When?, and also:-What's in it for us?

I'd caution folks that China is a weird place right now, with huge sections of the population back in house arrest. A good time to launch a major new product range? Wish I knew.

The upshot of these two "trades" is that the Bid and Ask are the same as they were before.
Therefore, IMHO, the shock price drop that the immoral Colby longs for didn't materialise.
I'm more intrigued by what is going to appear in the "space" that Fruitflow FB page has invited us to watch for.

Strong agreement that the future is looking challenging. The gross profit margin continues to slide, to be competitive it may need to slide a heck of a lot more. The launch of a low price web model suggest they have stock they're stuck with, it's like a return to their clearing warehouse concept that failed last time around. Massive increases in factory prices, a doubling of European shipping costs along with major delays and shortages are things that no importer can avoid. they'll be a fact of life for a long time to come. Unless they are increasing their final pricing by a large amount, they have to work on tighter margins. This could vanish the net profit at a stroke IMHO

Little wonder that By Health are so successful, they are building awareness ahead of a retail marketing campaign by the looks of this. "Many multiples of existing orders", wouldn't that be just the ticket !
