Ask the company when the energy crisis began then. Last winter, Europe had a ten day wind lull that destroyed the gas reserves, far exceeding projections. That's what happens when you rely on unreliable energy sources. Then, China started bidding for the L:NG that would normally have been bound for Europe and UK. After that, of course, Vladimir started getting bolshy. All of that is pure fact, there's much more but I don't want to make this in to an essay.

Energy crisis IS the answer to everything. Modern industry and consumerism has been built on cheap, reliable and dispatchable energy. Anyone, selling anything that consumes gas, in Europe, is in a world of pain right now, mainly due to the green movements and their determination to ban conventional fuels. Can't fire a tile kiln on renewables, or make carpets, etc etc

So you are speculating on an acquisition, fair enough, always a possibility. But it has to be a fully transparent transaction, not one that is open to further accusations.
Why won't they explain what happened to those two supposed acquisitions, that look really bad when analysed ? That's really needed IMHO

Who will be doing the jobs, what are the practical requirements and costs involved? Obviously nothing can be disclosed that hasn't already been notified, but hopefully you'll see some pointers.

Fact is current levels are some 6x what they normally budget, causing rampant inflation in their produced goods. Everything they make is non essential luxury stuff. Faced with heating homes and paying more for basic food items, what do you think the consumer will stop buying first? get real.

Anyone that thought there would be a lot of trades when the last update pointed firmly towards a possible funding requirement for the company to stand alone as a stockist, is the risible one. Personally the weak bashing role looks all too transparent to me.
A period of uncertainty until stock level, possible alternative deals with logistic and stock handling providers are processed. Three months until the AA expires and the new dawn of Provexis begins. three months until By Health deal commences. Plenty of PR work done already by BH, to back up the immense amount of lab work. They'll be wanting a return on that investment, and know how to introduce products in a big way, to a colossal market.
Each to their own view, but patience for the rest of this year is required IMHO

I agree, the company should be communicating. I can't see a gloss being put on the energy situation. Word is of mas redundancies and kiln closures in Spain, Italy and Turkey. Unless there is government support, things will be messy in winter IMHO

With the gas crisis limiting production across Europe ?
