It's one view, good luck with your entry target, can't see it myself. I rather think this one may become fairly illiquid as those holding now are not short termers, they can appreciate the plan and intend to stay around in the hope that the plan comes to fruition. An article in Moneyweek indicates that such illiquid shares tend to outperform the market. Hope so.

Yes well Bern had a pop about that, but the gross Profit is the Gross Profit, and it has continually risen not fallen. So the sales are very very good, they have risen strongly, the export business is new so that is all additional turnover, and there is ample overall margin to allow for promotional pricing. The extra costs of new e commerce etc etc will not keep recurring, they are investments for the medium term, and when that sort of spending starts to fall back, the residual profit on a vastly increased turnover will deliver bottom line cash. Growth will continue to absorb cash short term though, so those with no stomach for it should not say they weren't aware.

Do you actually read the updates that are put out? Last August, these were launched at 56p. So why are you despondent? Sales targets exceeded, new export markets opened since year end, more II involvement.

Profit performance criteria satisfied, key people remunerated. Excellent work deserves reward. All good IMHO

Not that he knows of course, he spends 20 seconds every now and then, still looking for a fight with anyone from haventgotaclue onwards to the present day. But ask him anyway. I know, and it isn't hard to find out, but you never take a blind bit of notice, so better let him ramp you in elsewhere.

There certainly seems to have been an appetite of late, Hope we are performing well throughout the group, and paying down debt, as has been happening progressively for some years.. I'm always minded that this industry tends to be a "grow or be swallowed" scenario, either of which should be attractive to holders IMHO

Actually I am a poster, not a "PXS visitor", but am please to note that PXS have two new products out in Japan, which should have a little more value than three units which wouldn't even boil a kettle. The news here is encouraging, but IMHO the hype put on it by the CEO is outrageous, claiming impressive reliability after a few months, not even a full year of different weather conditions. It is progress, but it is nowhere near the mega event. Both Provexis and ACTA have improving chances of commercial success, but I remain happy to put more of my investment in Provexis, which I believe is a legitimate decision, and not something you should continually try to provoke a fight over. Stop, for all the other readers sakes, please.

In all these sports brands there is massive headroom for promotion without affecting overall margins. That is the way the industry works. .

Agree with both of you. For the t.o conspiracy theory, you would have to ask what are the intentions of Downing. I remain neutral about that idea, but certainly it can not be ruled out. Any very large increase in business obviously brings to mind production capacity. Given the strict controls needed for this field it is less likely that products can be outsourced. Saying that, funding for obvious growth need not be a fear given that there has been strong II support for the new company.

Just the one friend in their development centre. Spoke to him yesterday actually, but not about this. Last time I asked he said the Ford Germany were asking for more studies, but Ford US were opposed on safety and cost grounds. Whilst there are conversions and prototypes in existence, and they do spend money on evaluating all fuelling options, in fact that has not changed for decades, this is not new tech at all is it. I do feel that the current focus on small remote telecom systems has obvious scale up potential for ACTA. There have been a few blind alleys, but these latest moves seem to be built on more solid prospects IMHO ATVB

A turnover estimate is fair game, by applying a growth multiplier in line with projections. Normal business stuff that is my bread and butter. The market is a lot stranger though, I don't personally see any reason for a reversal other than the normal trading pattern that seems to happen to all shares. If one or more of the II's fancy another nibble then an sp growth equating to the sales growth is entirely feasible IMHO. Nothing is guaranteed though, I'd never pretend otherwise.
