Meanwhile, in the real world, the action plan set out before everyone from the float of SiS was that they were embarking on a growth path, using a lot of resources to expand first manufacture, then product range, then market reach. How far in to that plan we are is debatable, but anyone had the chance to read and understand the plan. If they didn't agree with it, fine, sell up and move to another share where they thought the money would be better invested. No problem.
Here, it floated at 56p, it rose to the 90's, some sold at that, in hindsight the best plan. But the profit opportunity was there for those who wanted to take it. I sold most but not all, at 75. I said a while back that it was on my radar again, but I had a higher priority one that took my funds, and that has worked out very well indeed so far.
I reckon a successful entry in to the giant US market could soak up a fair bit of cash, but it could be a company maker.
