I've got no expectations of the price achieved, it doesn't trouble me at all. More marketing of Fruitflow is a good things IMHO. Choosing another supplement, which doesn't have the same health benefit, is uninformed.

Fruitflow is being rolled out around the world in a variety of formats, and in particular in China, in collaboration with retail giant By Health. Fruitflow + Omega 3 launched here last year, with plans to expand sales channels, hence funding requirement. Revenues from worldwide ingredient giant DSM continue to increase, bring self funding on to the near horizon IMHO

They informed us that they intend to raise funds, in part to accelerate the marketing of Fruitflow+Omega3. So, you could watch and anticipate a movement based on the funding, or join PrimaryBid and put in a bid for new shares, that's if they use that route and not a private placing. Hard to call just now. Such a quiet spell trades wise. Why is it that we have to endure the same bashing posts over and over again. Futility. Order 9980 for me, a further gain in momentum, but still very early doors on a long term project. DSM revenues is, and will remain, the key indicator, and we have yonks to wait to see the next report. Meantime, someone who knows us all, but we don't know, joins to repeat the analysis of unknown data. Laughable. Couldn't he join iii ? He'll find a lot more snuffling agreement over there.

If they achieve what is set out, they will enrich EVERYONE, since they have many holders amongst the staff. I hate the jealousy culture. Selling at a figure of 65-70, thwarting a rise to above 75, is the ultimate foot shooting tactic. IMHO

Hmm, well I tried to follow the logic of selling shares you didn't buy when they reached a target figure that would give the buyer a very nice profit on today's buy in price. It's a puzzler, I think I'd rather be a holder and increaser watching and hoping that the key personnel get their reward by hitting a target sp. Theory is all well and good, practice involves making real decisions. They wouldn't sell many at a go yesterday, but my ISA is the proud owner of a few more. I agree to some extent that the scheme is designed to keep top folks together in the event of an aggressive bid. The weakness of our currency, and the undervaluing by the market, will leave such speculation valid IMHO

Something has to break this illogical frozen price range, and this scheme has that aim at its heart. I wish it well.

Can we take it that you are unaware fo Fruitflow + Omega3 capsules available direct from the company? Unless you are doing some free marketing for "new Sirco", it just seems incredible that you wouldn't suggest to your mum an easily taken daily capsule. Fruitflow is intended as a preventative rather than a treatment,, so doctor's advice is vital, as I'm sure you know.

Well, to be fair. Orders didn't start from zero, regular subs price is £14, and not all numbers are an actual sale. Set against that, some orders are for more than one pack, and the number sequence continues to increase month on month. The first year of Fruitflow Plus can be regarded as a pilot project IMHO. The job of the directors in calculating how much resources are appropriate to try to expand knowledge and demand is one of the most important they have had to face. Further step ups in promotion could start to achieve some significant turnover, each new subscriber becoming a natural advert for the benefits of Fruitflow. In that scenario, exponential growth by recommendation, rewards would be significant.

The perennial revenues mystery rolls on. I think the point that DSM have to recognise revenues from their invoicing rather than their payments received is quite right, standard business accounting procedure. However, that certainly doesn't mean that they have to recognise revenues paid over to Provexis on that basis, they can self invoice and pay over funds to Provexis upon receipt of payments, Provexis accounts show no bills awaiting payment, so that adds weight to the argument. So, DSM could bill today, be paid in three to twelve months, (yes, I've seen such credit terms offered in my business), but only pay over funds at the completion of the credit period. Hence the perceived lag. Why do we need By Health when there are already products in the China market? That question doesn't really merit an answer. A country of 1.3 billion people?

Hadn't looked at the subscription number aspect before. Mine is 2321, and I was very early in registering and ordering as soon as it was announced. So, to be fair, I doubt that the subs numbering starts from 01. Can't help thinking that there is an attempt to keep things obscure at this stage. However, the sharp increase in despatch numbering is encouraging. I say again, as a retailer of many years experience, the Fruitflow Plus project has barely started yet IMHO

Always thought that stuff was for far more liquid, high mcap shares, but the analysis fits with recent movements. I just don't think it's a traders share. News will drive it, and there has been nothing direct of late, only a rash of support articles and videos. Rome wasn't built in a day. The skip was late.
