I really don't think you've studied modern China, you're just grasping at the past there. there is ample evidence of the rise of the middle classes over there, more in numbers that the whole of Europe's consumers, and growing rapidly. though economic growth has slowed to single figures now, the fact of almost two decades of double digit growth should give you some clues. DSM give strong market support to brands launching Fruitflow, as evidenced by that given to Fruitflow+Omega3. Therefore, the lag between sales growth and revenue to Provexis growth is not too taxing on the brain to deduce. Despite this revenues have risen strongly. That trend needs to continue. You say it won't, others disagree. What is puzzling is your eight year campaign to prove a negative, in which you have claimed every single stage wouldn't happen, but still you persist despite being wrong so many times, using so many usernames there must be some point to your campaign, something must be driving it, or perhaps it is under instruction, because a normal person would have no possible motive. The way I'm set up at work, with minimal staff to keep costs low in the ultra competitive market that online selling has brought about, means that a trip to London, to learn no more than they have to tell all the market, is hard to justify. My comment this morning was regarding your, and kingroy's posts sort of finding the results a shock. All of the key points were covered prior to the (highly successful) Primarybid fundraising, so we already knew what was to be announced today. A non event really. There is argument over the decision to be a retailer of Fruitflow, and I appreciate the view that it will involve more costs. The ease of the placings suggests that there is support for the strategy, in much the same way that SiS find support from major holders to fund expansion. In a big old world, the era of online selling, and outsourced logistics, make an appealing prospect for easy to post items. Expansion by this route should give higher margins than the AA feeds back to us through from other brands. ATB

Genuine question for you kievsky. What question do you propose to ask that you don't expect to be replied to with "we can't tell you" ? The issue with this report is that we already knew what was going to be in it, we were already given the info before the fundraising. Colby's question regarding whether that was the final fundraising appears to have been answered. No. Commercial progress is the only measure we have. From DSM, the data about that is, always has been, always will be, zero. We all understand the terms of the AA. Commercial progress for Provexis own brand offerings are a little more transparent. Further commercial channels to be added, amazon and "several other retailers" being the immediate future. This makes the measuring of online order numbers somewhat redundant. Online sales, perhaps initially through amazon again, in USA, is a simple logistics exercise similar to the UK set up, but will need the necessary start up cost of goods and contracts. Fruitflow + Nitrates is an interesting development aimed at sports participants and active older generation consumers. Widens the scope considerably, again at a cost to establish. Perhaps there will be a future product aimed specifically at blood pressure. The launch of Fruitflow + initiated the period where Provexis can become proactive and innovative, rather than the previous passive role of leaving all marketing to DSM. This is a policy I much prefer, as revenues rise there could be a lot more scope to promote and develop a valuable retail business, one that could one day realise value for shareholders on its own. If that needs further funding to expand, fair enough IMHO. Next news will presumably be pre AGM, although not guaranteed. To me, all standard stuff in this RNS, and certainly nothing to get huffy about.

I think you may have to ask Peter Fitzwilliam about that. My guess is that the old broker has gone, which may explain the sluggish price over the last period. I don't really know what a broker actually does, I thought MM's were the ones who kept things balanced. Has the new one been engaged to pep things up on the market? We live in hope. ATB

I think that Fruitflow is more likely to be aimed at folks who don't want heart issues rather than those who already have them. It is possible that it could replace aspirin as a primary prevention aid. That being the case, the China market would be bigger, but promoting to them is a big task for By Health. They are of sufficient size to do it though IMO

Reaching the stage where rising revenues give the leeway for more aggressive promotion would make a huge difference. Or, of course, a major brand doing the same job for us.

Chaps, just take a couple of minutes and do a search on the meaning of gross profit margin, then apply that knowledge to the published data here. You could then apologise, but that may be a step too far. The value of the business has increased vastly since its' float.
