NOT a buy, a sell if you ask me and the trading positions at the actual time.

The Market Makers really needed to do that as they had an excess of around 1M buys at that time.

The only question which remains is whether the 'sell' is

1) a market maker selling a shareholder's real shares for them
2) a market maker pretending they are selling someone's shares and taking a punt on being able to get those shares cheaper further down the line
or 3) a market maker selling real shares from the pot that they have been able to accumulate at much lower prices.

I think 1 and 2 are unlikely, which in the absence of any other options, in my opinion makes 3) the most likely.

DBB - maybe. I don't know what PNPL's target is, but Enerox has got to have a chance, non ?

Halespur - the original value of the 1.035M shares that appear to have been sold would have been 50x 1.035 x 1.65p = or about GBP 854,000 - they may have sold them for over £2.20 a share - netting a profit of over GBP 1.4M

the placing at Invinity and the associated open offer added around 12.85M shares to the shares in issue meaning that all holders are diluted by close to 15%. Guess how much BMN's percentage stake has fallen - yes 15% !

faramog - I think that would have to go under 'faramog's concise view" - give it a week and then let me have a final draft if you want this to be forever filed under your pen.

it is a completely different application beginerman - converting electricity to Hydrogen, then compressing it and then using that to drive a fuel cell only gives about 40% round trip energy efficiency. Unlike 80% for VRFB's - Hydrogen will not be used where batteries can easily be - namely for grid energy storage and peak shifting.
