Endion on todays trading taken by itself it would appear that there is no need to as trading balance seems to have been achieved without them.

At this point of low volume if the MMs did have a short position in play then now would be the natural point to try and move the price down. If there are no unusual movements before the end of the day it suggest that the MMs are running without any position at present or they have knocked off early to do some christmas shopping.

gkb47 - not yet it doesn't, and with all the huge volumes and movements over the last week perhaps it will never be possible to determine precisely when they will have been pre-sold. However previous experience makes me confident that they will have been pre-sold.

Yachty - I would say that 'BeingPatient' probably has the best insights into how one MM can dominate the trading behaviour

TimenotTiming - yep off the top of my head NickD has around 30M and both knuttie and I have over 10M each then there is fatbanker and MassiveRay who also have over 10M and probably quite a few that I have missed out, so it only takes 3 of us to outsummit the Golden one.

by the 'new normal' standards of the last couple of weeks (only 150+ trades so far) would anyone like a little mild trading analysis to wile away the time whilst you are waiting for Michael Gove to make up his mind.

TimeNotTiming - Nicks TR1 is on the Bushveld website - the other shareholders who all have more than 10M shares each don't need to inform the market of anything as they are below the 3% threshold.

Either way this is a private investor that is building a stake not throwing away their shares, unlike some of the previous lot. This of course marks a step change - and now it is public knowledge, may make the March 2018 placees less likely to be giving away their shares cheaply.

Having said that they've still only got the same number of shares as NickD and a couple of the larger shareholders on this board so nobody should be starting to get worried about takeovers or any nonsense like that.

tpinvest - that statement could have easily been rewritten as 'if a country steps forward to produce vanadium flow at mass scale".... there's two now potentially in that race - China and now, South Africa
