With Glencore taking all of Largo's output until the end of 2019 they control 10,646 T of globals supply - more than 4 times the amount of their nearest primary producer competitor (outside of China).

With the ending of this offtake agreement (assuming no extension or TO of Largo) and the developments at Vametco and Vanchem we may instead see production after the end of this year as:-

These stock went to zero in mid 2017, which is why the situation in the Vanadium market completely changed then.
