DarrlJ -I checked the records at SA companies house and you are right - as well as the Umoyilanga entity created on the 30th October there are also two entities starting with EDF RE with the same director.

There's EDF RE EPC CO and EDF RE OM CO - presumably the RE references Renewable Energy but what might the EPC and OM subsidiaries refer to ?

Pivot Power may not be a necessary partner in this setup as they are only a subsidiary of EDF so there may be no need to involve them at this juncture if we are now dealing with EDF direct.
