Why not do both - gift the government the coal mine and let them decide if they want to build it in exchange for being given the opportunity to provide alternative PV+VRFB backed minigrids to all the isolated communities that would not have been served by the traditional grid that the coal plant would have fed into.

For those who may be unaware V2O5 is only 56% by mass Vanadium so to get to the FeV per KgV price you would need to multiple by 2.2 x 1/0.56 =close to 4. In reality the typical ratio is closer to 4.5 because FeV is easier to deal with than V2O5 in steel strengthening applications.

The ratio of 4.5 gives typical FeV prices of 29.25-33.75 USD/KgV which is close to what we see at present.

daitom - remember that it is only one of the market makers that may have access to the pot of cheap shares so generously made available to them through a lack of patience. The other market makers may have decided to jump in on the back of some of these occasional rises in price to sell a few shares that they don't have, and are looking to procure from PI's if they can as it seems MM1 (with the TS pot) doesn't want to hand over their jealously guarded precious ones quite so readily.
