The JSE joint listing is a valuable opportunity to redefine the company as a South African success story. With a listing on the JSE every South African can buy as many shares as they want. Up until now it has been very difficult for South Africans themselves to invest.

This, in turn, will unlock many other opportunities in South and southern Africa, as battery energy storage becomes something that they choose to sell to the rest of the world not something that the rest of the world is 'forcing' upon them.

I wonder if they expect to be selling those shares at more than 17p or less than 17p ?

Lined up to buy into Enerox and Avalon/Redt - all significant VRFB manufacturing companies.

Bushveld will become the darling of the JSE when it lists there later this year. It will be the company that helps solve the Eskom crisis and provides an export industry and new SA jobs, and it will be a company that every South African can get a stake in.

What would you do immediately before what can be expected to be a profoundly transformative event such as BMN establishing the dominant VRFB mines-to-batteries energy storage - the point at which the company will cease to be viewed as just a little junior miner and now has to be seen as a major player in the decarbonisation transition.

Had they actually paid for the things they are selling they would attribute them fair value, but they haven't they simply sell on what they've managed to snag at cheap prices from the those who have had their leveraged holdings stolen from underneath them.

Alas the Market Makers were only about to snag about 150,000 shares from yesterdays 950,000 volume.

Holders are not selling because they are not stupid.
Buyers may not be buying because they are being hammered elsewhere or are simply 'self-isolating'.

However the market makers are not so stupid as to drop the price significantly because they know that significant buying happens when they do that, because guess what - many holders are simply sitting on the sidelines with cash waiting to average down thanks very much.

Yep it would get nicked and the individual lithium ion cells divided up amongst the robbers, plus some useful copper busbars between them too.

Now consider what happens if those batteries are VRFBs - yep tanks of highly acidic solution that the criminals cannot reuse, plus some PVC tubs and some funny looking block things with wires coming out of them - yep inside it looks more like a refrigerator than a battery system.

The Schmidt guys have confirmed to me that the anti-theft angle is a very useful one for them.

Fortunately, at this time there was also living in the land of the veldt, two brothers by the name of Moja and Mikhail.
