YTSS - you can appreciate that here I am not going to get involved in the discussion of any actions that I may take or be planning. Furthermore it is not my job to investigate, it is the job of the FCA once they have been presented with irrefutable evidence of a coordinated campaign on this stock.

What we can do is build a bounty that incentivises a whistle-blower to come forward with that evidence. I have pledged 1% of my BMN holding to this end. If many other people did this then we could easily raise a 1-2 Million share pot to help stamp out these abuses.

Ok so that is a quarter of a million Bushveld shares, worth GBP 23,000 at todays prices, but probably a lot more when it comes to any trial and conviction - for evidence leading to the arrest and subsequent conviction of anyone for market manipulation of the Bushveld share price.

In the past anyone who did this may have escaped scot free as the evidence may simply have been covered up or the whole affair brushed under the carpet to save face. Having watched for 2 years every single trade on BMN it is fairly clear to me now that there is strenuous manipulation going on here and I am not prepared to stand by and allow this to happen any longer.

There is every chance that the 30K, 50K and other suspiciously sized sequences of trades are simply the Market Makers 'painting the tape' in order to yield a narrative that persuades holders to sell up at artificially suppressed prices.

Yesterday I started a campaign to start a bounty, denominated in Bushveld shares, for any evidence leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone relating to market abuse on this stock. That bounty now stands at 200,000 BMN shares. Who will add to that ?

The company continues to deliver on its plan and as every day goes by more CO2 enters the atmosphere. My 11-year old daughter has already worked out that the claims of BP to be 'beyond petroleum' are not to be trusted as there is not a single power station, oil refinery or internal combustion engine in the world that captures and stores the CO2 it emits into the atmosphere.

Having attended the last 4 Vanitec Energy Storage Committee meetings and seen the scale of what is happening right now in the flow battery field I can confidently say that we have seen anything of Bushveld's potential yet.

alto - the difference is that unlike every other solid state and flow battery chemistry the cost of the energy storage system is 30-50% determined purely by the cost of getting the Vanadium in the first place. No other chemistry or system has that structural situation - one which has inevitably led Bushveld to become a key partner in the whole VRFB supply chain.

Why is Vanadium so expensive if it is found all over the place ?

1) Because we haven't ever needed to dig up more than 30,000 tonnes of V to process it into Vanadium - as 60%+ typically of the world's supply has come as a co-product from steel smelting. Thus the Vanadium processing world is actually a pretty small one when you compare it with some Copper mines produce over 100,000 tonnes of copper a year by themselves.

2) Because the processing of Vanadium from VTM ore is not trivial - for example there are various impurities that are particularly problematic for the salt-roast process.

So why are we going to all this trouble for VRFB batteries ?

1) Because the all Vanadium battery (the VRFB) uses the same electrolyte on both sides of the battery - it is the only chemistry to do this because Vanadium is the only metal species to exist in 4 different oxidation states in aqueous solution. Thus there is no issue from diffusion of electrolyte from one side of the battery to the other - there is no side reaction that leads to irreversible capacity loss.

The idea that Bushveld is a 'bubble' stock is so shallow and lacking in basic research that it is truly laughable.

Why mention John ****erill at this juncture ? Why, because they have the largest grid scale battery test setup in europe ( https://john****erill.com/en/energy/energy-storage/ )

They have a sumitomo VRFB, some Lithium-ion thing and a Zinc Flow Battery from ViZn. Unfortunately the Zinc flow battery blew up last year because basic precautions against not electrolysing the water to H2+O2 were not taken.

They put BMN on there right at the end, almost as it is an afterthought as to where the key component for the batteries comes from. Ohhh that and the £1.9 Million that came from Avalon , which .... of course came from us.

DBB - the company can request that the trading be suspended at any point, without having to have any good reason.

He could simply say something along the lines of 'the company has requested that the trading be suspended whilst a significant transaction is completed' and not mention Enerox at all.
