Price to sale ratio for Taiwan Semi is about 15.
Insane.
According to an article recently posted on this board, by 2030 the South Wales cluster will add 6000 jobs and hit a revenue of £1 billion.
If just half of it will be captured by IQe (IQE is the primary player in the cluster) with a price to sale ratio of just 2, the share price could hit 100p. That's from South Wales alone.
We have Lumentum next door to iqe in Greensboro which may bring significant revenue.
Cleaning up the debt with the sale of the asset in Taiwan will pave the way. I struggle to believe they still haven't got a satisfactory, or management pushing their luck.
Despite the rally, the price is still in the bargain territory, with the obvious risks of execution.
