´We may need to get used to lithium chemical prices at, or north of, US$50,000/t for the foreseeable future. This stronger for longer lithium pricing narrative should also flow through to the lithium miners many of which are currently priced at extremely low 2023 and 2024 earnings multiples, based on lithium prices falling back to US$20,000/t. If analysts become a little braver and use US$40-50,000/t in their models expect some very significant price target increases over the next year or two. Stay tuned.´

Regarding this I have a response from prem.

The advance payments are made at Premier election in accordance with agreement in line with the payment schedule in the agreement.

(Premier has elected to report the figures to shareholders in the previous announcements as a supplementary to the other news in that RNS thus to provide shareholders with an update on the funds received. However, because the payment is at Premier election, the only RNS announcement Premier can make on the funds is should payment not be received because that would be classified as price sensitive information in terms of AIM rules requirement for announcements.)

It’s a good idea. You may need more than one as I suspect it may be taken up very well!

ICE use a lot of fuel from start on short journeys. Most don’t realise that catalytic converters do nothing for the first few minutes/miles, they need to be at a certain temp to work. Earlier versions took 10-15 minutes so were virtually useless for most journeys.

It’s all very baffling other than history holding us back now? Agreed we will likely receive a bid if we do not start to rerate. Of course we would rerate instantly to the bid made. Many will miss out.

Australia-based lithium producer Pilbara Minerals says the industry needs more joint ventures to boost refining of battery raw materials.

A key lithium producer in Australia, the world’s top supplier, is urging electric car manufacturers and battery makers to become its partners in new refinery projects, arguing their direct financial backing is vital to avoid shortfalls of the material that’s crucial to the clean energy transition.

“There’s certainly a level of desperation from some groups” who are end-users of lithium and seeking more access to output, he said. “If you believe the supply-demand outlook, there’s going to be a shortage, and the car companies who haven’t secured the supply chain are going to have a problem.”

“Two years ago, no one wanted to be in lithium, and the phone would not ring,” Henderson said. “Now, the phone won’t stop ringing.”

Another project is the Premier African Minerals-owned Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project near Bulawayo.
Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project is possibly the largest undeveloped lithium-bearing pegmatite in Zimbabwe, located 80 kilometres from Bulawayo.

In early August, Premier received US$18,1 million from Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology, as part of the marketing and prepayment agreement, which the two parties entered into in June this year.

Under the agreement, clean technology developer Suzhou TA&A agreed to purchase, in advance, spodumene concentrate six (SC6) worth US$34,6 million from Premier to enable the construction and commissioning of a large-scale pilot plant at the Zulu lithium project.
