My views are irrelevant on the telegram group. I just don’t see how it’s legal. Prem is a PLC
and any Q&A should be held on a public platform that all can access if they so choose. Simple as that. I’ve stated my points to the company and sharing with another member here as the subject came up tonight

It’s a private group because it requires an app to access it, is highly monitored and you can be removed. Unlike the YouTube website / prems website, which are open to all shareholders. Therefore my view is this is being held behind closed doors, the questions are cherry picked by dubious admins and is questionable if legal given we are a plc.

I’m not one to cause issues but I just can’t see how this is going ahead, and was very disappointed being asked not to share prems reply regarding my concerns.

Regarding the live Q&A in the last tweet, most don’t have access to telegram, don’t want it or are blocked by the odd people who admin the group.

The group is private so I’m baffled how the company sees this as a shareholder Q&A? As prem is a public listed company how or why is this being broadcast live behind closed doors? I’m actually wondering if this is legal under AIM rules.

There’s a few weeks until the private broadcast so I’m confident we can smooth this out beforehand.

Re the compiled questions by Noel, I have seen the list as have a friend in the group. I was puzzled by the list of the proposed questions. Seemed like they were cherry picked with most of the answers in public domain or could be answered by common sense.

I made it clear in my first message. The reply I got and the noise on Twitter was that it’s open for anyone to join. Completely missing the point that not anyone may want to join or may be banned by the very odd admins of the group.

I raised the following

*Its a closed group
*Is this legal as prem is a PLC clue is the letter P (public) and holding Q&A in a closed group / not open to all in my eyes isn’t legit.

I did receive a long winded reply clearly from George but then was asked when I checked if I can post the reply was asked not to share the reply on here as George didn’t want to be quoted ?

I can’t say I’m happy with this and made that clear.

I agree, and I raised my concerns with Wilna @ prem stating that it’s a closed Group effectively. The reply I had was that anyone can join the group. Not realising that many have been banned, don’t want to join or don’t want the agro. I was banned years back for asking why another member had been banned ;)

From what I got from prem (don’t quote me as it really wasn’t clear) is that it would also be (live maybe) on stockbox and anyone not wanting to join the group could DM questions to stockbox before hand, that’s assuming you have twitter.

Agree with you somewhat, the RUS would be good for market confidence and ones own peace of mind. Yet I have comfort in the fact the Chinese invested $50m after their own DD. Let’s see what George has to say on the 12th
