An EGM is exactly what is needed. Heads need to start rolling on this dysfunctional board we have a disorderly market with PI's issued a rampy RNS yet company issuing a backdoor profit warning its an outrage!! If egm goes ahead shares will tank so need to bet that the board sort this mess out before this gets the number of votes it needs because can can really messy. Corporate governance is no existing here the board are ruining what could be a, great company

If directors said in annual report no placing was required then u would be all over it and so would the rampers yet they said there is a fundraise need didn't they.

They then sought approval for a placing at the AGM

If they had very recently issued a note to there broker saying year end cash position in the millions and reiterated no fundraise needed you would be all over it and so would, the rampers however the note said they need a fundraise and year end cash position will be just 34k with losses increasing this year AND next despite increasing revenue

If anyone is trolling it is the directors. You just don't like reading it cos its uncomfortable sadly though it is the truth and this be under 2p soon but we agree long term once funding IS sorted it could rise well although I strongly believe draper needs to go.
