I agree Sambo...if we are drilling 13 wells in coming 2 years you would think buying or a long lease rig will what they are after....I'm sure they have it in hand....they have had ample time to get their ducks in a row...if ARA can't find a rig no one can.

Very likely....with the TPDC financing the pipeline the government will want maximum exposure prior to elections later this year
