Hi Testpack. I met you at one or two of the events in the "happy" days. I only blame myself for getting sucked in with all the others for a huge paper loss. However I had enough oppornuties to get out after I had grilled the "geologist" bod members on the particular subject of the rocks getting the gas out. I can only say they gave me no bull**** and BM always answered my questions and confirmed the general difficulty of getting gas to flow in the drilling area tried after the big find. Although the "hotspots" were tiny in comparison to the license are - I got sucked in to the speil about all the gas is trapped under a cap and under pressure cooking waiting to get out. The rocks were simply too tight even to frac. It wasnt only BM. Luca told me this also on a field trip. The production update on the other hand may not be that brilliant or consistent. Water-cut; further repairs; bad weather risk etc. Theres just as much risk of spooking the market with a production update.

What does not stop PS selling our souls for peanuts. Too many red flags for me now and too much time required for production and the nationalisation plan only presented last week will spook the funding discussions. One of the biggest problems is our own management and placing any trust in them.

Yes, But one picks up a massive divi. It shouldnt go below £1 where you can top up. And Kestrel income doesnt exactly get wiped out even after 5 years either

So JT had made some promises after the buyback programme was announced {in media interviews} and one was an update on deals (maybe 2 completions were inferred} - and there have been no annoucements detailing anything - we cant be held up by politics or a weak £ surely?

When I read it at 0705 was immediately underwhelmed and looking frantically for new deal update which was promised by JT. Then took into account USA Election has not been finally determined which led to a lot of thinking. L2 was strong all day with sell orders far fewer. So I took off trainers when I thought I would have to run to the pound shop. I think the market realises this now is at a bargain price and strong financially and a better bet for income divi than say BP. or say even VOD
