Tweets and pictures from dog walkers is not solid news to base investments on, it good to give you a head start, but I don't really class it as factual news. If there is factual sensitive news it should be on an RNA.

If a sale was on the near horizon would the recent seller have sold now. I realise it was a practically forced sale which pushed things, buy he should be in the know and if he thought he would double his money in a quarter could he not have funded his cash need in the short term, even at a high rate of interest and security.

That said, maybe he couldn't and will be sick if the price doubles.
