The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
1.5%?!! you call that nice?
That's just tosh jamrock, nothing positive has happened in a year which says it all to me!! You may want to hold long term but when a company can't update its shareholders regularly then it's time to cut, when my money could be making a profit elsewhere
London market, the only juicy thing you'll get here are a bunch of lemons as the board can't even pass the acid test!
This is what I take from the RNS...the main point which is groundbreaking!
"On the viral front, its potential ability to treat a very wide range of viruses give it the potential to revolutionise the treatment of viral diseases and even to become the means of counteracting biological warfare."
.....soon be a distant memory :)
....for drop is RP was hit at 2.44. Once traders are out it should skim through that towards 3 and above with new RP set. Don't give way here as today's news IS LIFE CHANGING!!! (Had to state that in capitals)
Cheers, Alamo :)
Out of this dog, I thought a year ago it was going places, now it's just a run of the mill lifestyle company with not much going on and taking pi's for granted like before under previous management. Hemo has much more happening as per today's RNS.
Cheers, Alamo.
"Today was not just a good experience for me but good for Harland and Wolff, good for Belfast and good for Northern Ireland to see heavy engineering put in the spotlight.
“We’re looking forward to getting apprentices back in, the young blood back into the trades.”
General manager Steven Wright said it was a great day for Harland and Wolff and the workers.
“It was great to see the expression and the pleasure on the guys’ faces especially people who have been here for so long, and also some of the new people who are starting, it’s great to have this exposure,” he said.
He took a genuine interest in speaking to people and our new robotic welding machine which is part of the innovation process we are going through and moving forward.
“As a company, Harland and Wolff, we are looking towards the green revolution, the offshore wind markets and renewables.”
AG posts what he thinks are negative views but in actual fact they are positive because HIS news is already in the SP, so it's a reverse psychology. I've read so many respected people with years of experience saying this will be Harl's year that they can't be wrong. I suggest like others we keep smiling as in 6 months or less we'll all be sitting pretty and the like likes of AG will be long gone. Just remember though if you see him on the street with a sign saying "Redundant Bulletin Board poster please help to keep me afloat" (pun) drop a couple of pennies in his hat poor chap :)
.....CP must have spent a little money on a years worth of WD 40 for that can which he keeps kicking down the road. His new year anthem for tally must be the Beatles "The Long and Winding Road"
I am not in in good health anymore and this year is both a pivotal year for me and for Tally, probably transfer my shares to my son. It's been a long wait here and I didn't expect much when the shares got suspended, judging by that CP hasn't disappointed.

Talk of jam tomorrow is just that, jam. Whereas today we have an RNS detailing how this is actually no more than a struggling AIM tiddler with all the usual problems"
Once again aim your wording is not quite correct, it should read:
Talking of jam tomorrow is just that, jam, as I can't afford anything else.
Whereas today I am detailing how I am actually a struggling AIM tiddler investor with all the usual problems"
My trade popped up at 15.85, expected it but hey ho a good price as new contract will be signed in the New Year which will give at least 50-100% uplift to sp, regards to all lth for the next few weeks as it's looking rather exciting.

"Once again, you forget I was right.
In fact I'm the only one who's posted anything of use in the last 48 hours"
Well aim cannot actually spell...the message should read:
"Once again I forgot I wasn't right!
In fact I'm the only one who's posted something useless in the past 48 hours!"
Massive buys under the radar so the SP has to drop to gather shares aim, do you not understand or more than likely you're just a tin pot poster who hasn't actually any money to speak of and just blowing off steam as many others do.
