Tullow can handle an oil environment at $50, could actually lower that as they still have $70m of costs to remove and have Uganda up and running in 2/3 years with no costs to first oil to pay for a with Kenya to follow depending on how that goes in terms of funding. Now oil has been trading in excess of $60 last 2/3 months why has this not jumped, it puzzles me but it will happen.

The fundamentals of the company have improved and are able to work in a $50 oil environment, oil has been trading higher and we were once above $70 oil (Which i think is the fair price for consumer and producer) This share price has lagged, but is a stronger company. It will catch up, it is when will that happen, the market is still playing on the volatility. Debt here has dropped and once it is below $3bn that maybe the psychological figure to when II come back here and invest. Tullow has plenty of oil and is secure.
