I think we were all a bit surprised but the flurry of progress in Nov/Dec when many were saying the tripartite agreement would never be signed etc. I would think we will have a lot more detail in the interims about progress they have made but as SR said has just not been RNSable. If they say they have scheduled the trial by Sparkle by end of Q2 and are meeting Cargill to sign off their agreement next week then all would look great again. We just need a positive update with hopefully a few dates and timelines that are actually already agreed. That would be as good as a sign off then. I think what they have to say on Utah and the SE refinery will be interesting as not had a lot of that for a while.

This from the last interims. A lot running 6-12 months behind schedule but if it all comes good this year I’m sure we will all be pleased. Except Morocco though. That’s about 4 years behind schedule!!!!

In H1 2024, Quadrise expects to complete binding agreements for the MSC vessel trials, commence installation of our marine fuel production equipment at the MAC2 facility, finalise commercial agreements with the client in Morocco, and receive the US$1.0 million licence fee from Valkor following completion of their project financing. Commercial scale trials on board the MSC Leandra, finalisation of supply agreements for Morocco and site trials in Utah are projected to follow in H2 2024.

Probably better to expect delays than be pleasantly surprised if they do deliver on time!

Wonder if Pfizer have somehow being putting the brakes on eroxon strategy and limiting what haleon can do hence why they have sold their share now due to conflict of interest. Will be interesting to see if anything changes with Haleon strategy now as they can now see Pfizer as a competitor not a major shareholder.

Or are they are just putting the finishing touches to all the projects? 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆😴

Must admit after all the updates and progress made in Nov/Dec I wasn’t expecting another 3 month dry spell like we have seen now. There seemed way too much going on to not be having far more regular progress reports.

That’s a nice positive feel for the morning!! I am a little surprised we haven’t seen some buying into the trial start date but can anyone remember last time if we had any real activity in the lead up to the Maersk trial or was it primarily as the trial hours progressed?

Struggling to see what the delays to the bilateral agreements would be. They said that essentially all the detail was in the 3 way agreement anyway so sounded very much a formality from the previous RNS.

Totally agree. She could be seeing this as a massive opportunity and effectively a start up company (even though we have been going 20 years!!). Could be very lucrative for her should the company succeed in the next few years.

Hopefully there will be some good updates soon. The three parts of the sparkle trial are meant to be completed by 16th June and from the update on linkdIn recently where some of the staff were with the sparkle team I wouldn’t be surprised if this trial will probably happen before the Morocco trial. The sparkle team definitely seem more serious about converting to MSAR/bioMSAR.

Morocco, Utah and Vertoro aside it would be good to see the bilateral agreements start be sorted now and that should give us some good momentum heading into the marine trial. Do people think we could see 10p as the trial starts?

It does seem like the perfect solution. Often wondered if governments have spent as much on fuel development instead of forcing electrification whether we would have already had a completely green fuel by now.

Last time we had a quiet period like this last autumn it was followed by 5 substantial RNS in 6/7 weeks. Would like to think we are on the cusp of another flurry of updates and significant milestones.

With regards to that point does anyone know of any potential end users in the Utah area that would be a massive scoop for Quadrise?

When we did the last trial in Morocco the first RNS we got to know it had started was when there was the pump failure right? Assuming it is the same this time and we will only know it has started once we get one confirming it has been completed. Any thoughts? Or will be know more in the interims

I would hope we get quite a good bit of information/some good updates in the interims giving us a better idea of the exact date we expect to start the marine trial etc will be a nice forum again once all the news starts flowing again!
