Another frantic trading day to come no doubt!

Surely it would be odd for II to buy a chunk of share only to sell immediately for a small profit. Would logic not be that they may sell a few but primarily hold and as we are now fully funded and have 4/5 big projects actively progressing to commercialisation. A lot of new investors could then flood in and the price could return to previous highs very quickly? I wish I had 5M as I would have just given JM a call myself and fronted up the cash!!

What’s people’s thoughts for Monday? Could fly or stay pretty much flat for the day. Seems. Like II and other investors are all over this at the moment and once they have had the weekend to research what we know they could see 5 6 or even 7+ p as super cheap.

Just wondering if anyone did the maths on the amount of dilution expected. I assume as we were valued at around 100m before the raise then the dilution should be no more than 5%. Is this about right?

In simple terms….hold for a year and I very much doubt you would be disappointed!!! We have waited over 14 years for QED tech to be taken seriously and it now looks as if a global roll out of the range of fuels in marine and power generation could be with us. I think many LTH on here will be hoping for a fairly comprehensive return on their investment now.

DON you are spot on. They would probably have been able to get all their funds at 5p to be fair! Crazy price. Done and dusted I think anyone who thinks this isn’t going to rise rapidly now is not fully aware of what is actually coming. Monday could see us higher than pre offerings.

Hope no LTH got nailed selling early on assuming they could get in on the retail offer. How come they didn’t just do an OO again? Are they trying to get more II support for the company? I mean they have certainly given them a steal at 3p. Now they are probably just mopping up all the shares than LTH have been spooked into selling

One thing is for sure this will be now on the radar of one hell of a lot of investors with this many trades flying through. Could play right into our hands and the doors could be blown off in the next few months.

I have had no corporate actions at all. Very odd.

Sorry I’m not so clued up on this. Who has the ability to buy at 3p? Not us LTH no?

My guess is price will start at 45% down as all private investors sell theirs to rebuy in the offer and the II will buy them all up as they will be cheap shares increasing their share holding. Share price will then slowly recover all day and could even end up in the green. Who knows!

So given that the II have been given a significant discount but the dilution is so small now that we are fully funded probably to the tune of 5.5M after the retail subscription , the SP could go up?

Quite clear some on this board just like to attack others and others are just here to discuss opinion and what they hope arrive this year! Each to their own but I hate bullies

Apologies if i ever come across as disingenuous. I am just a hopeful long term holder since 2014. I certainly will never post anything bad or horrible about anyone else as I appreciate all opinion. I even enjoy reading the friendly banter but not any horrible posts.

That’s me just be positive and hopeful.

I certainly appreciate SC put a very positive outlook on all the milestones and potential future progression but isn’t he just stating what JM has stayed in his RNS. Just because a lot never used to happen due to all the delays people slate others for ramping. To be fair most of JM recent targets have been well met. Maybe SC latest list of milestones will come true over the next 6-12 months!!!

Just to note I said other people stated those rough prices rises when we achieve certain milestones not me. I just said they have been very accurate so far.

A while back a few people posted their progressive predictions for this year. To be fair so far many have been pretty accurate. 5p on signing of MSC deal, 8-10p on Morocco deal and 12-16 on Utah then into the 20 after completion of the MSC LONO. This may be pretty close in 8 months time. Maybe sooner as at that point we had no sparkle deal to factor in! What’s peoples updated thoughts now we all have December and half of Januarys news?

So assuming we start the POC in April time we could be looking at potential MSAR revenues as soon as may/june. If this was true it could explain why the board are quite relaxed about the funding side of things. Maybe they have a grand plan and know how to bridge the gap between funds running out and some good sustainable imcome.
