However there are some new II who wanted way more shares than they were allocated in the placing so you never know they may start to try and purchase more and more after they have got their allocation at 3p and the only way that’s happening is if people can be tempted to sell.

It would be nice to think that most investors who are lucky enough to get shares at 3p are in it for the longer haul and therefore we may get a fairly quick recovery with SP and then beyond. Agree with others this new director definitely seems to have the credentials and good presentation skills. Looks like a good asset to the company going forward 👍

Think this is what SC has been referring numerous times when he has stated JM has said that the MSAR and bioMSAR trials are independent of each other and once we have done the 4 weeks POC trial to get the MSAR baseline data they may then be able to negotiate supply of many ships using MSAR under the previous interim LONO. That’s what I have understood but may be way off track.

Like SR said yesterday what a great opportunity right now for people who may have spare funds available. It definitely seems that now we are fully funded for a couple of years and so close to commercial revenues from multiple industry that the next time we leave the 4-5p area could very well be the last. I would assume when the SP does move on news it will no longer have the issue of funding so it could move swiftly. Should be a lively 4-8 weeks with lots going on.

Had exactly the same response from Iweb. Would be interesting if we could get a load to complain to the FOS as at 500-600 quid per investigation they may take note and look to change their policy. Too late for us however.

What I find intriguing is the price was settled at around 6.5p before 8% dilution when we had uncertainty over funding. We now not only have the 3m we hoped for we potentially have 5-6 million. So we have over 2 years of funds and probably need about 6-12 months before revenues are regularly flowing. Who is selling at the moment and what would their rationale be?

Burning 2-3M per year to keep going is correct. But didn’t QED say they would earn 0.5-1m per ship if they used MSAR. They scope they are targeting eventually is 12000 ships. Sounds like a couple of million per year for wages should be covered ok.

Yep I’m sure they know the score with brokers who don’t participate and yet they did it this way anyway. Not the best. Let’s hope they deliver now. Everything did sound great in the update and to be fair it now sounds as if MSC are targeting multiple ships to be running on MSAR by the end of the year.

Interesting what was said about the decision to offer at 3p not 4p may not have been enough interest. Sounds like the IIs played their cards very well. I bet it would have been oversubscribed at 4p also.

Wonder how many people are watching this presentation now compared to all our previous ones? Must be many many more investors now.

Can also see this shifting a lot more once the project updates are told. Assume some on here want this to drop back to 3p soon but I would have thought back 8p is more likely

I think you might be correct Fitzy, no doubt we will get a lot more info about what the money will be intended for so any mention of needing another MMU to expedite to Panama would infer a fairly swift trial. Plus we may have more clues about the MSC trial. Looking forward to what AM has to say.
