My word HF you have gone full negative posting this morning since the RNS. Going against all SC descriptions of you I always thought you were just a frustrated investor, but starting to think he is correct in that you are just a manipulative trader. It wasn’t even a negative RNS!

I assume people talking about another company.

Apologies the small amount of money from Valkor did produce some income.

This is true SC but sadly none of that list makes the company any money but instead costs it a tidy sum. The concern now is we have this year and most of next and then we will need more cash. We should be and need to be a commercially viable company by then.

Could easily see the two factors mentioned as being the reason. Either waiting for an experienced marine CEO to deliver this and/or that they are doing a lot of the commercial terms now as they already know the fuel works. And the likelihood of a successful trial is high. Surely MSC will need assurances to make sure the finances work for the and that quadrise will offer MSC a great deal otherwise why do the trial in the first place.

Clearly there is something rather importantly in the background similar to the last long marine delay. Not saying good or bad but something is inevitably happening. If it is good then I am sure we will all let them off this delay once we all become aware of the situation.

We’ll be transporting shipping containers by mega drones otherwise by the time they sort this agreement out 🤦‍♂️

Thing that put me off this share is that the whole concept of the company appears to have suddenly miraculously changed. The science was meant to be in the transdermal technology which aided the absorption of a drug through the skin to enhance the effects. It made sense when they had GTN in it and I would rather them repeated test with higher doses of GTN. They seem to have abandoned all of this science behind their original rationale simply because they had results that they couldn’t really explain. That seemed odd. Their website doesn’t seem to have anything on this now and all their old pipeline totally abandoned a while back. The gel may work for some and may not for others but clearly needs to be more effective to be taken more seriously. Either that or complete market manipulation to get a cheap sale of the business

Totally correct Vince, and you have to question why they are playing it so shrewd. Is it to get a jump start on the rest with MSAR/bioMSAR? If or when they do commit to the trial and start publicly committing to our fuels then the SP will rocket.

Just out of interest Vince, and I am not disagreeing at all but I was wondering what other shipping companies have made concrete decisions about what? I was under them impression that many have faffed about and done a bit of green PR but none have actually arrived at the solutions to their real time problem of supplying their ships with clean regulatory accepted fuel at volume? Just wondered which companies have?

Yep. It does feel that way. I know it’s 50/50 but I feel we might all have a surprise with the marine agreement sooner than many think. Would be nice to have this sorted and the trial underway. Would set us up nicely for next year then

If it is done and dusted quickly and the Honduras follows I wonder if Pemex will then get in contact with us again. They seemed pretty keen at one point too but seemed to be waiting for something to happen first.

Just wondering how long people thing the commercial discussions will take before the contracts are signed? They must already have the vast amount of the admin done with templates etc. must just be adding in the numbers/costings etc and names of the companies etc. or would they be starting from scratch?

Superb thanks for that detail SC. Looks like some nice hefty early buys coming in. Would you regard this as a time where the news has settled SC and we will now see some larger investor purchases?
