I don't believe if Julian will be aiming for a Cash raise at current SP. He would be thinking to push it around 5-6 pounds and then find an Institutional buyer for a 5% cash raise to get best for share holders and for himself.
Don't be worried on that part, we still have 45 Million in the kitty, even if they burn 3-5 Million a month we are good for next 9-12 months.
I would like to draw our attention to this information again.
Looking at other competitors like Boohoo and ASOS. Both have their Mkt cap at 4.2 and 3.3 Billions. We are valued at 150 Million. Even if we grow our Mkt cap by 5 times , we will still be 1/4 of the MKt cap .
I was looking at the Revenue and Profit for Asos and comparing it with SDRY
We made a loss this FY, but last FY we made a profit of 67 Million and ASOS made a profit of 102 million that year.
There revenue are 2.7 Billion and SDRY is 800M+ , we are doing pretty good.
In terms of Profit we are not far off, ASOS is trading at 34 Pounds with a Mkt cap of 3.3 Billion and we are trading at 1.70 Pounds at Mkt cap of 146 Million.
My friends to me this is a No Brainer - such a huge difference in Mkt cap, I know there are other differences as well.
We know quality and SDRY has it in it's clothes it's not fast and cheap fashion. I am happy to hold of till 2022 for a Massive returns of 500% from here onwards
Gl All.
Well we all know they had 47 Million in cash, they would be saving on multiple front -
Business rates
Shop rents
easy and cheap access to Loans
On other side if they have solidified there Online and Logistics this would start proving good in next 3-6 months.
All in All i believe it's a steal at this price. We should be trading above 230 pence by now (as Europe has opened up), when UK opens slowly and gradually we might see a big take at these prices. DYOR.
I have tucked in my ISA and happy to wait till days of 5-6 pounds. Remember in 2017 and 2018 (sep) this was trading between 10-18 pounds, none of the fundamentals have changed so Good luck all
I agree shops opening may mean more expenses if Sales are not happening.
If we get a massive boost in the online sales , we would be on a great start. lets hope when company updates us they have some good news.
Great, thanks. Looks very positive. I hope when they announce the shops opening we should see some movement northwards.
What's encouraging is they expect online sales should be increasing at a very fast pace. This is what we need.
Do we know if Standard Life is liquidating their entire position of balancing their portfolio with selling of few.
There is no statement from Superdry. Also do we know how the online sales is doing. There is not statement from SDRY team that they will open the stores in UK on 15-Jun.
Would be good to see some updates coming .
