MM's in their element scooping up all the shares they can at these prices, must have a large order to fill.
Feel sad for all these with stop losses who have been take out to facilitate this.

That was totally out of the blue, but looks like stop losses taken out to facilitate large purchase of 213,253 shares. Possibly further large purchases to come?
Will we see a steady climb into the end of the 1st half?

I may have confused the situation somewhat, yes 3 new brands(products) of dishwasher tablet, I guess with three different customers and one new ingredient of which we will be advised off in due course.
We had one new launch last year which helped us achieve $2.2 mill in the second half, can we make any correlation between three new brands and revenue for the second half ? just a thought.
Can we say $2.2 mill equates to circa 30% production capacity for H2

Totally agree, just meant that, with 3 new products coming out before the end of the year and starting from scratch as regards getting these products ready to go on the shelves, there may well be a period of time that we will be flat out to meet this initial demand, plus meet our regular commitments.

Great work Thordon, I am guessing that whoever out II is will show on this listing within the next 3/4 weeks or so ?
Given that there is clear visibility here, would we expect that there be some sort of official announcement (RNS), rather that this being revealed through the grapevine?
When you think of how many long term holders there are here with sizeable holdings, then there cannot be that many free ones kicking about, therefore you can seen why that when this share moves, it moves very quickly.
There was maybe a dual reason for the 5 month update, to facilitate the Institutional Investor at an acceptable entry price and to allow for the first few months of H2 to give a better picture of how this is going and a firmer update on new ingredient/product releases, before releasing the !/2 year results (which we kind of know where these will be)
If we have 2 North American and 1 major European product releases to look forward to this year, then to facilitate their requirements, the production lines will be flat out to keep up with demand ?

I did read somewhere that they had up to 45 days to make a filing, but that may have been on the American markets, surely the transaction must show up somewhere on this II portfolio?
Day traders moving on, chance to buy the dip, think we will drift between 12p/14p till the half year results date is issued, then we will see a rise into the results and beyond.

Does anyone know whether the new II has to disclose their holding at any point ( is there a timescale within which this has to be reported?) or because it is under 3% then they does not have to disclose?
Unless of course they take a bigger slice in the coming months?

Another thing that I picked up on yesterday was when John said not to get too caught up on percentage rises, as we started from a very low base and the initial percentage increases were huge, the percentage increases we are at now may be slightly smaller, but the actual dollar value is much greater if that makes sense?

1st half $1.5 mill plus (projected by me) 39% up over same period last year
2nd half $3.0 mill plus (projected by me) based on previous years

He mentioned $500,000 in the presentation was this a hint as to the increase in revenue on the first six months of this year, that increase is more that we turned over for the first six months of 2019

Think we are still in the early stages, but the potential for our ingredients spreads across a huge spectrum of products.

Should we have been expecting fireworks from this presentation? I think the answer is no.
This was the AGM and not a Trading update/ Half year results presentation.
I agree a lot of what was covered was the same as the last presentation and there was not much new to go on, but thing that we have plenty to look forward to, should only be a matter of 3/4 weeks till the half year results, possible RNS tomorrow?
We have plenty of cash in hand, we were approached by the highly regarded Institutional Investor, we did not go cap in hand, that must tell us something, that they wanted to be on board and at the price they paid ?
There was again confirmation of second half revenues being much stronger than first half.
Would be nice to get some meat on the bones as regards paints and plastics, but I guess that will be covered in the half year results update.
Strange that there is never any mention of Solvay, must remember to highlight this in the next Q&A

I guess there is a fine line that needs to be taken when giving one of these presentations, possible this is why there was no mention of any developments that could influence the SP as these need to be advised via the correct channels?
There is huge potential here, which can be seen in the incremental increases in our revenues year on year.
Let's see what July and the half year results brings, we are moving in the right direction.

At these prices they are giving them away.
Thought for today, with oil prices rising and rising and even talk of $100 a barrel oil, does this not make our ingredients even more sought after as a replacement to petroleum based products, for which we have a greener more cost effective replacement?

They appear to be a law unto themselves, but sure that they must have to show this trade within a specific timescale ?
Not sure about previous trades, the two I use are of the actual day, I would guess some of the platforms that you can subscribe to would give you access to this though?

Not sure what the costs would be to set this up, but think it would make sense to have a presence in Europe to supply our customers directly, cut down on delivery costs and improve our delivery times, plus it means not all our eggs are in one basket.
