Yes looks like the agreement would have been quite restrictive for Itaconix, as there may have been conflict of interests if sold solely through Nouryon , in particular with their competitors, so made sense to terminate and for ITX to have full control themselves.
Every chance that we are involved in some part on the Dissolvine products in that case.

The Company's agreement to supply Itaconix's proprietary bio-based polymer to Nouryon for personal care applications continues unchanged.

The Company's direct sales of polymers and pipeline of active customer projects with detergent brands and producers also continue unchanged.

So still firm ties there. Looking at the Nouryon website, there could be so many areas that we could have a small part to play in the supply of one of our ingredients.

Someone not keen to allow this to move upwards, lots of little trades placed to counter the buys at the moment, bit of a slow burner today.

Gosh cannot believe that is the first six months in already.
Very low volume in ITX this morning, guess there are a few waiting for some news before buying back in.
Hopefully we get some updates as promised in the presentation in the not to distant future.
Lots to look forward to over the coming months, still think that ITX has barley got off the ground as far as reaching its potential, possible why John made reference to increasing our sales presence over the coming months.
Hopefully half year results in the next 2/3 weeks and a strong 2nd half of the year as anticipated.

Looking at previous Patents being granted, around 18 months, may be longer with Covid, but would have thought they would not have mentioned it in the presentation, if it was not close?

Hi Frozenassets.
The website I was on was a subscription site and only gave me information up to 11th Feb 2021, so there may well have been more shipments that are not visible unless you pay, if I remember correctly, shipments we taking 12/16 weeks currently due to shipping delays, so we could well have had another delivery, between then and now and another on the way?
As you say it would be nice to be able to equate raw material with final product and put a value on it, guess if we are increasing the amount of Itaconix Acid we are purchasing, then that bodes well for the amount of ingredients we are producing/selling.
Will keep investigating and see if we can unearth more details.

Looking at the BOL for the last delivery 10th Feb 21 they had 20 pieces containing Itaconix Acid, which I think equates to 20 x 1000Kg = 20,0000 Kg

We also had shipments 18/12/20 and 24/07/20
Will be interesting to see the size and delivery date of the next shipment.
