Anyone know when the payment date is for the expected offer?
I personally think they will look to restructure the debt on a long-term basis bringing down the monthly payments considerably making the day to day running a lot more profitable! Yes, they will pay more in the long run on the debt as the terms will be longer, but it will help with cash flow!
We are in the same boat as we were yesterday. The RNS is pretty much as expected. There is a few positives on their which I do like the sound of!
"Discussions continue with several groups, including Newgen Resource Lending Inc. ("Newgen") as the Company's principal secured creditor, to restructure the finances of the Company." - Several Groups (So trying to get the best deal for the companies)
"Operational performance has continued to improve once again to deliver increasing payable copper production of 1,654 tonnes Cu. Although working capital constraints held us back at the end of September, we have finished the Quarter well placed to deliver 2,000 tonnes of copper in the final quarter of 2022." - Once finance is sorted then in my opinion this should really start to do well!
The current share price of around 5p indicates an enterprise value for Rambler, including all its debt, of approximately US$40million. That is US$40 million for an operating copper-gold mine in eastern Canada with a billion pounds of copper in measured and indicated resource with significant exploration potential and several cost-reduction and expansion projects in the pipeline." This just shows how undervalued this is! Exploration companies spend 5 x that trying to find a mine as good as this! Let's be honest this is one massively undervalued company!
Heard about it but never actually been in a share that it's happened to. I very much doubt it but I would never say never!
@micru - This is not taunting it is a simple question! He has come on here stating that the company needs £290 Million to survive (Which in my opinion is a scare tactic) - He needs to show his workings out to show why they need that money! As at present it is absolutely Rubbish! How can someone come on here and claim that a company that has a current market cap of £10 million needs £290 million in the future to survive!
They do not need £290 million! At best the company turns over £60 million per year and the mine has a 15 year lifespan. Why would they need £290 million? Please explain your workings out!
@moon - What is the chart showing now? Is it still showing 1p?
@Analytical - Chart shows 1p and the company needs £290 million in the near future, £40 million now and £250 million soon! Do not forget this! Moons chart shows this and can predict the future!
The charts can now predict Wars? Come on Moon stop it! You cannot believe what you are saying!
@moon I am sorry, but your chart could have never predicted this! Its absolute rubbish! There are so many factors at play here and it is impossible for a chart to predict! You would be sat on Billions if these charts were as accurate as you make out!
The chart says 21p then Rambler SP listens to the chart and goes to 21p, Chart says 8p (when share at 9p) and SP listens to the chart and goes to 8p, Chart then says 5p (when share is at 6p) and SP listens to the chart and goes to 5p, then when share is at 4/5p chart says 3p and SP listens to the chart and goes to 3p. This Chart is Amazing! And I cannot believe it has full control over the real SP! Can you somehow make chart go to £1? So the SP can be £1
Can you please provide some form of proof to your statement? As at the minute the mine is self-sufficient and paying for the day to day running of the business and they are currently looking to refinance debt. Nowhere in the RNS does is state what you have said! Very misleading and very inaccurate!
My chart says 5.2p today
@Dan - I was thinking the same thing nothing like SXX! Totally different company and a lot less debt! This is still sellable with current debt and is producing good amounts of copper!
Have you had a reply?
@DJ Where does it state it had assets of £200 million and no debt? Or whatever you said?
But if the car is worth a lot of money when the engine is fixed is it not worth the investment?
I’ve given examples of companies cutting big asset values off for peanuts
Can you send the list again please?
With the market cap at £7 million and them needed money to grow. I can only imagine they will get some offers to purchase the business. I am not sure if it will be 35p but I can see 20p at least!
I love the advertisement posts when a share is down! Haha! I dumped X and bought X today and now I am up X - Why did you not state that this morning when you dumped the shares?
