If you would like to ask our webinar guest speakers from WS Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund a question please submit them here.
Thanks. I may need to look into this more as it would be unusual for a Gov NSR not to be included in a country's fiscal regime - NSR are paid on revenues from smelters regardless of profitability (a government wouldn't take to kindly to their resources being depleted but not to receive any revenue from either corp tax or NSR).
Hi quick question re the NSR.
Is it still correct that we will be paying 3% NSR royalty to B2 (on something like 90% of the concessions)?
This is in addition to the 3% royalty to the Nic Gov?
Thank you in advance, apologies if this has been covered before but it's not possible to search in this forum.
determined from the updates numbers on the website (http://ca.condorgold.com/investors/share-info?tvwidgetsymbol=TSX:COG) and my spreadsheet of top SH prior to placing
According to my deductions, Ross took on 561,420 shares in the last placement taking him to 6.3% and Oracle took on 684,931 taking their holding to 4.2%
Nic Milling co now Soma did not partake directly by the looks of things

Sure. Yes the event was focused more on ESG in the mining sector in general rather than a platform for companies to show what they're doing. MC had some input but only referred to Condor on a couple occasions, paraphrased:
Condor are continuing to ensure ESG compliance to IFC standards
CNR have had/are having project finance due diligence conducted that includes having consultants from the banks onsite to compile ESAP (Environmental and Social Action Plan?) - he went onto mention the figures of $50 - 100m although this wasn't explicitly stated as being specific to CNR however, those numbers were obviously at the front of his mind so you can draw your own conclusions.
Other than that, nothing else worth noting was mentioned.
Thanks for the welcome, I came in last month and rode them down, and now riding them back up! I've been doing some independent research on the La India project recently and see some potential so decided to come in.
Apologies if this has been posted already, but on Wednesday MC is featuring on this webinar. May be more general but might be of interest to some of you. It's free to register too
