The share price will in time, like I say, if you can think past the hour, which clearly the majority of people on this board can.

Commentary from certain people does make me laugh, when it shows they have zero appreciation or understanding of manufacturing and zero understanding of scaling manufacturing. Reading some of the comments anyone would think this is an established 50 year old business scaling, not a start up. Certain people need to be realistic. But then again you can't reason with people who have no concept of logic.

Q1 results look good for the stage we're at (and people with the ability to think past the hour), which is further ahead than most of our competitors.

As per Julians recent interview, he has received financong offers from EXIM and numerous banks. He said Notice To Proceed mid year, so this should be another catalyst soon. Plus he said there should be further info on additional feedstock supply.

Usually do ignore, but on this occasion just wanted to challenge, and if they could answer. Clearly not.

Normally don't waste my breath on keyboard warriors, but one thing is clear, Katstrangler has never worked in manufacturing. Sometimes, things take time and unexpected issues occur. That's reality. But ultimately the business is fundamentally progressing. Name me a start up company that never missed a deadline, then name companies that did and still succeeded.

Julian did mention on last recent video interview that Hypromag USA have received offer from US EXIM bank for financing, so would say they are evaluating best option as to how best to finance

Cotec should be releasing their annual results anyday now so maybe there will be an interesting update on Hypromag USA, to go along with this video!

To put it another way.. this is a start up business, things take time, nothing ever goes perfectly smoothly and to original timescales, the share price doesn't go up in a straight line, some people trade that (along with pointless posts on a board with completely the wrong audience for that, in the hope it somehow affects the share price), others buy and hold long term, and wait for the price disconnect to correct itself as the business progresses, via any number of catalysts.

Apple, Amazon, Microsoft etc. and any size startup for that matter (small, medium, large scale) all went through similar early stage process with a fluctuating share price that didn't always reflect the underlying business and potential.

Building on earlier Innovate UK -supported work, the CLIMATES-funded REEmelt project allowed HyProMag to explore a medium-loop recycling route in collaboration with Less Common Metals (LCM) and ADEY Innovation, a designer and manufacturer of magnetic filtration systems for central heating. The aim was to understand whether this route could offer technical advantages while remaining commercially and environmentally viable.

“Although there is a cost implication compared to the shortest loop, there’s also a compositional and technical advantage,” explains Nick Mann, Operations General Manager at HyProMag. “The medium loop offers greater control over chemical composition and oxygen levels, producing higher-quality material suitable for magnet manufacture.”

CLIMATES funding enabled them to test this approach in practice. The project demonstrated that LCM could successfully purify and modify recycled alloys, and that HyProMag could convert this material into fully functional magnets. As a result, this project demonstrated a new route to market for HyProMag by proving that recycled magnets could perform as well as virgin magnets for magnetic filtration systems for central heating.

Notice To Proceed for magnet facility

Cotec usually announce filing of annual results around 28th April, so expect that this week. Hopefully getting close to NTP being confirmed.

I can see it was expected to complete on 31st March, and if it did, would have expected a confirmation RNS.

Have I missed an announcement saying the acquisition of Zero Carbon Group is finalised? Not sure it is what stated somewhere in a previous RNS?
