Well, I'm still fixated! Not having received an answer from the Broker when I sent a message to a generic email address, I thought I might just give up, for the moment! But then, I noticed something in BA's presentation that seemed like a better prospect (richard.parlons@spangel.co.uk) in tiny writing on the PowerPoint presentation where it list associated companies. So, I thought I'd send him the same email and.......nothing's happened so far. But, I haven't given up hope, just yet.
Agreed, fpvone, when there are a low number of trades and the number of shares traded are often insignificant by anyone's standards. It is not unusual for holders to come to the conclusion that something is happening in the background. BA is significantly more invested than I am, and dare I say many others on this board and elsewhere. Would be good to see him put his hand in his pocket (when he is allowed) and that would instil more confidence too in the future developments too. Roll on next month!
Hi fpvone, Not at all being critical of your strategy, but, this is why their is so much flux in the sp as people keep jumping in and out. As much as I admire your trading strategy, I am an investor at heart, and I signed up to stay in the game for as long as possible. Not in love with KOD, but have a certain fascination! Good luck to you and please treat my other half with the respect she deserves!
Hi Daz,
Well said. I keep thinking I'm slightly mad for not giving a monkeys about the sp. If I did, I'd be a trader and would have cashed out at the top of the last rise and waited to see if I could get back in cheaper. Problem is, at some point, and we know not when, it will move up and stay up. That'll mean I have to buy back in at a higher rate and therefor have fewer shares. That would also mean that the risk has been recognised as being zero (we're going mining, or someone else is doing it for us) and I had been risking my money when there was less to gain (this is where the advantage lies for me) so I stay in the game and, when I can afford a few more shares at a discounted price, I buy them. No rush at all. Kettle on and digestive biscuits on the plate!
Agreed York,
I don't feel that looking at charts is the way to rationalise investment decisions, nor anything else. It is, to me, a tool that might help signpost the way forward, but, cannot predict the future on its own. My personal feeling is that BA is the most significant factor for KOD at this time and I am mindful that it is AIM (mining) stock and therefor, again as I see it, more of a one man band when it comes to the decision making process (albeit he is confident that he has a good team around him). I'm presently 27.70% down on my investment and, Like many others, would like it to be otherwise. Trust in the SP to govern your decision to move on (if that is what you are contemplating) or watch the presentation again: For your eyes only;)

Please don't spread this around! And, look forward to the future as much as anyone can with good health and a pocket full of Lithium and gold (no frankincense and myrrh!)

Just for those my age and above. Doesn't take long for what you have just been told, to evaporate!
As BA isn't able to give us any "breaking News" ahead of what should come out as an RNS, I'm stumped as to what question/s to ask, the answer to which would give me any sense of closure. I think I'll wait until the presentation has been given and see if my hamster brain comes up with anything while the wheel is spinning! Looking forward to this!!
Hi Squeezeit,
The other issue, not that I'm thinking it's a bad issue, is the number of projects and he is already looking to move forward with some of these. What are his priorities and how much cash does he need to see any of them to fruition? If it was just Lithium, it would be so much easier to rationalise (still mighty difficult though).
Morning Squeezeit,
I. personally, don't want to see any dilution to shares. I don't think it's fair to Long Time Holders who have been involved when the risk was significantly greater and then see the SP being dragged down, which, in turn, gives new investors a cheap entry point with a significantly lower risk. I wouldn't be surprised if BA announced (when all is done and dusted) that he has negotiated a deal that provides cash up front. Can't see Kodal having an issue with a loan either.

Max says 1p @14/Jan/2014. And, if anyone looked at that and invested without looking at the history from that point onward, well! Hope you didn't invest at a penny, even in old money!!
