II have been on task to do this for five weeks - hopeless. Now, it’s quite ok for the news to come that all is set for the mining licence. Very considerate that CMET waited for my spare change to come across!!!

My view - that Doc H was a fan put a number of people off (because some people loath that he gets the balance right, and not all of his tips). People are 'sheeple' and follow, rather than judge their own take on a company. The horizon was originally a far off target (we've burned off six months of that timeline now).

Also to note - don't forget the c.$46m of taxable benefit from EPO in the RTO - that will be very valuable as we head into production (could it be a state loan/investment for the equity raise?).

Why will EIA be delayed? On what grounds? If you’re going to sledge a share, please provide some evidence to retain your credibility.

It won’t be an open market placing, with KLKI probably taking the whole lot; I wouldn’t be surprised if they loaned the money to remove the risk of sp drift (don’t want the board to question the investment plan!).

I like what I’ve read there. No howlers or dramas. Now let’s hope the MMs make a market and bring the price along with it.

I should expect some commentary on the EIA consultation this week, if any howlers have popped up (unlikely on the strength of what I read) and how long it’ll take to get the mining licence. I’m expecting this to be fast tracked following what Sri Lankan ministers have been saying about a ‘gold mine’ on their shores...

Really small sells to try and get the price to drop is one thing, the other being brokers tidying their books and getting shot of the small bits and pieces

Agreed - it’s got all the correct superlatives coming from the EIA, RNS and CEO spotlight talks. We really are just in a patience game. I expect this to be hitting the pound by year end and agree with the thoughts on ‘a done deal’. The EIA was very comprehensive about the regeneration of the land post recovery, with a practical and logical approach. I think I read that 165 staff would be employed by year end, which says to me a fully running production facility and opening up the proverbial ‘gold mine’ of income!!!

Good solid finish - setting up for the EIA which is sounding like it’s well placed to come in - I believe 25th is the due date (IIRC).

IPO for EMMAC and Leap - due very soon, no known date yet and once that’s published this will press on especially with any figures attached to that.

if Leap is not worth over £100m when it IPOs call me Betty! Leap is an absolutely incredible company and it's seized its opportunity with its links to IMG. I do think IMG may come in with a very generous offer for it and it doesn't actually IPO, but we'll see very very soon.

This is just one of three IPOs that we’ve been waiting on - patience has paid off!!!

This is the biggest jeopardy to the programme and it all seems to be going through. Once this is RNS’d then there will be a proper shift in interests. I’m glad I’m in and holding for a good few days ahead.

Volumes are far down from prior days and there’s nothing too sizeable showing on the trades. I think the drop today won’t have moved many sellers to action. All are expected growth and a catapulting day. The news is due very soon on the licensing so everyone seems to be poised and waiting...
