Anyone of those desrisks the project further, then increasing Mcap further meaning higher place to dilute from. A word on Tesla associated with Vermelho could double the Mcap overnight....so a lot in play between $100m and zero equity.

It certainly won't be at a discount, we are in a cycle that will be high interest, there will be no desperation to equity fund. Don't confuse fund raises for drilling and salaries to fund raises to unlock 'mine' value. Metal in ground is worth little, having funding in place to mine it and sell it is value increasing funding. It derrisks the project and sets it on path to generate its own money.

There maybe the fear that they run up quickly and get caught servicing lots of sells and run out of buyers, so for now they appear to be creeping up the bid price offered to get some shares to sell here to buyers. i.e. making a market here were they can service both equally and get a cut for themselves. They would happily churn it in one place for days if they get matching between buyers and sellers. Dummy buys and sells from prospective trades let them see demand/supply they have to work with to decide on next move or not.

MMs may slowly tickle up the bid see when they can catch a seller, they can then flip that straight to the ask and service more sub 7.3p buyers. If there is a lot of buyers in the wings they will have to move the whole thing up offerings seller better prices so they can service hungry buyers.

Nothing being offered on RSP at all now. IF you can force OTC you might get 100k once maybe twice at 7.3 off that MM still on 7.3 L2.
Fill or Kill from what I have heard from people using it, might get picked up now but you can't be looking 7.15p, as Willie says not enough in it for them since they are now buying at 7.091

Bidd, it is about MM positioning on RSP and the quantity they are prepared to offer right now at the prices right now.
The MM at the lowest buy price may only want to deal 100k at this price, but another will trade 250k higher up. Now if you take the 100k at the lowest price, there is no guarantee that they will trade another 100k at that price or even the next MM will stay where they were and be the next in line. If a biggish trade goes in, they can all change position/remove their offerings because after that trade is a whole new offering etc. So sometimes it may not be advantageous to nibble smaller amounts because before you get your fill the amounts available may have gone completely at that price range, ASK moved and your being offered 0.1 higher. Even if a MM will sell say 350k at a given price if a buy comes in a 150k, they might not leave the 200k hanging there, they might move away completely or move it up in price a few 0.01s
Say there are 4 MMs offering 100k-250k below say 7.3, prices at the exact query being 7.24, 7.25, 7.29 and 7.3 If someone trades the 7.24 and then the 7.25 (if it stays there), you can find the other 2 MMs just clear off and start reoffering at 7.36 and above. The speed in which they move or not is dependent on their need to sell/liquidity/short of shares. Sometimes they like to offer quite a bit that buyers have to churn through so they can be confident to start reloading on the bid.
It really is very LIQUID. And vice versa on the bid....

In a more jovial way.... Spread is irrelevant, the L2 positions often mean very little these days. True spread can only be determined with dummy quotes to buy and sell. So right now it is 7.05 - 7.24. There is no incentive to give you 7.08
However 3 things with dummy quotes, if you are in a stock account you'll not get a sell quote for a stock you don't own, but cfd you can. If you put in a 1000 it might not tell you depth available because they might only have 10k, 25k or 50k left at that price. However putting in a large amount regularly will have you pulled up for 'spoofing' they don't like that.

8am seems to be a positive pressure on price but most days in this last week just before 5pm it gets sold hard. No one wants to keep a position overnight these days... Haha

Stop loss orders cannot be seen, but the market knows there will be. If they want shares because they are accummulating themselves or have an order to fill then 'if' they could they would use whatever skills they have to 'hunt' for some stops. A stop is not a guaranteed price however and they could fill it much lower. A stop loss order becomes a market order once the price has been reached., so they will see it if they get the price there.

Yes and no.... Yes they make the market by what they see and service it.
However they also get orders, so the manipulate the price to acieve the orders by nudging and faking prices, they also work together at times rather than against, allowing a MM to process their 'order' without getting in their way. Sometimes a MM is a bigger buyer or seller than the retail market and they influence the price direction because theur order is bigger than the market is buying/selling.
