The main news headline is a possible contract (s) in the £10,000,000 to £100,000,000 million mark each. This partnership with the worlds largest EPC contractor ACS (COBRE) is like getting into bed with a 10 out of 10. Basically expecting giant contracts.... Say goodbye to the year highs in that case and say hello to the 2 year highs here i expect. Time is ticking away to avail these bargain levels but thats just the way it is.

ACS Cobre huge contracts i expect in 2018. Mega values in the 10s if not 100's of millions ££££. That will see it straight line over days i expect to 2 year highs....the hints of these big deals have been mentioned in previous RNS so people cant say they were not warned. Research is a mans best friend on AIM. Do it right and finding distressed gems like eqtec pay of handsomly over a reasonable period of time. Existing contracts revenue streams should see eqtec trading at many multiples present prices but confidence was destroyed with bercheva cln deal and now they have gone confidence is back but this time with proper growth plans to unlock ebita and see this trade at multiples future revenue streams. No wonder the buy pressure has been solid here....smart people know the valuations here could multiple fast into the 100's millions after they research the company.

Hi mate Like i said they no longer have the power influence to do that without overall board approvals will go sub 51% down to the 30s% The imvestor base will not let that happen now as they will want a sharp and big turnaround here. Look at the history here the investors backing it recently to save us all from bercheva have supported the company from day 1 only to see the value of the company drop to these present very distressed low levels. Buying open market is the most likely. Or they lose control. Simple.

Ebioss have to buy open market as they no longer have control of the eqtec board and more changes coming as per last rns would indicate even less control. Thats actually a blessing as they ran the company to the ground and the old time long term holders origen has shifted the ebioss holdings in the 30% now. You have to see the history here, origen capital and concert party have held since the beginning and now they have forced the ebioss holding to in the mid 30%. Ebioss have no choice but to buy in the open market as they will want to have some control over black torro.... End result is they need to buy £2 million worth of shares approx to regain control here. Massive political games being played here when you have a potentially 100's of millions market cap company valuations coming in 2018. No one wants to lose control but they have and thats super postive as proper new leadership opportunity now presents itself to eqtec and a big growth optimisation plan as well. Expect black torro to carefully wind through the politics at play here and once they have resructured the disgrunteled bond holders at ebioss the next steps are or maybe in motion already would be to change management and then unlock the huge upside from and ebita point of view from contracts that by year end could monitose 100's millions alone for eqtec. Key point here is build and hold them tight throughout 2018 as this is the most obvious move back to year highs and them some more as news comes one by one. Seriously excited by this play but i would suggest anyone new to eqtec to quickly get researching as the window of bargain entry levels will quickly close here on its move back to pre bercheva 2-3p levels. Applegarth whats your views on existing contracts and pipeline. Would be nice to engage with you on fundamentals. Whats your views on bercheva going and the future plans here. What would you like to see to get your 500%. I expect a test of all time highs 8p based of management changes, new plans, further investments, huge contracts, further partnerships i would not rule out.

Remember another fundamental point....ebioss will want to retain their control here of 51% they are now a lot below that % if you take into account buy out of bercheva. If you are familiar with the fundamentals at play here then you can work out the rest. It all points to serious blue sky...price action and orders say it all.

Institutonal starting to get behind this. If you look back at my posts i alluded to an investment mandate these institutional buyers have....this will be a set amount to buy in over a period of time,.quite often months for tiny market cap plays like this with literally limited stock in supply. Expect more of the same trend for a long time ahead.

Like i have said management changes new strategy is new dawn for eqtec should they deliver, which i believe they will as per last RNS. But lets face it those giant ACS cobre contracts are going to send this to all time highs if they are giant. Either way multiple gains from these levels to be had and insitutional money clearly has eyes here and is buying and eating up more of the ever diminshing tiny free float here. Remeber was 2-3p pre bercheva so this is just a natural correction happening here now they gone. Sentiment turning big time now as well helps.

This is only existing contracts. ACS - Cobre world leader partnership with Eqtec will deliver contracts in the tens and hundreds of millions soon. Here is the existing contracts all....boom re posted. Usk project: they have signed an mou for a project in Usk for produce 6.4 mwe. Revenue is to be €11m to be invoiced over two years, with the project due to be completed soon. An epc was signed with Reliable and Energy China for two projects, in Melton Hull and Seal sands for two plants creating 16 mwe. Financial close and commencement of each project is due in up to three months. Eqtec is due to be paid €19m per project, split over two years. They have most recently signed an mou with CITRA METRO JAYA ENERGI for a project in Vietnam. The pls and ppa is expected in q3 2018. Expected revenue between €20 -22m. Under the assumption that all deals go ahead eqtec are looking at a revenue of circa €70m over two years from these contracts. With a current market cap of 12.26m this would mean quite a leap for the share price were these contacts to be seen through.

Anyone care to do the honors and educate folks on the existing huge contracts in play here with there valuations as well. Dont think people understand how huge this is going to go. Bring on new contracts as well.....boom boom.
