Black torro need to stakebuild here as even with the 20% discount Ebioss in total only hold approx 35% of eqtec following conversion and then say half of that is now Black torro so 16.5% approx BTC OWN. They need to buy open market to stakebuild and force a hostile takeover....however the issue is that there is little free float on eqtec shares and the big holders are doing exactly that and holding as they know that. We need to be a 5p+ if Black torro want a buyout on the cheap. These are my assumptions but my gut instints having had all my working career working in this sector is that above scenario is becoming a very strong possibility. The next few weeks and months i expect will be transformational for all holders. Use your intelligence and piece it together...it becomes clear. And before you say it....No black torro cant do a raise on eqtec as the eqtec board is now independent and there is no longer a majority. Anyone who wants to come to the party its open doors on the open market right now. No other options as the big imvestors simply will not sh&t on their massive upside here....simples. many hold above 5p+. Its all looking very very exciting indeed now.

Facts speak for themselves. The raise was done with long term investors in eqtec. They did not sell at 5p + so thats says it all. Everything points to a huge stake builder here. Not if there is a giant buyer here who quite frankly so far does not care at all to keep buing everything that is possible on the ask. Stakebuilding? Takeover? Ebioss buying open market tompush above 51%? Or another institutional name loading up? To add to the fact this was 2-3p comfortably pre brecheva i can see ab****ely no reason for any pullback more than 5% here as why would there be given this could very easily be at near or over 2 year highs with newsflow. Or we could just be taken over on the cheap at 5p i would say as that is where momentum very very short term would take eqtec if any whiff of this was released by eqtec. Just look at the book.....its very very very very obvious something big is brewing....look at the last week trend of block buys and dips just get eaten into here.... The buyer is clever as when it dips it waits 30min to few hours to see if the idiot retail seller has more to sell so they can just come back buy in cheaper and keep going buying whatever they can on ask. This is going to keep moving fast and if everyone holds this can push to 5p very fast as market makers will not have any stock and keep pushing it higher and higher as demand remains strong to buy more % in eqtec.

Guys it looks more and more likely that someone is just buying whatever they can open market to build a stake here. Issue is that with the tiny free float they will need to get shares somehow to build a majority holding to possibly force a hostile takeover. It would have to be at or near 2 year highs to tempt me to bail here, 8p. I think we all know who could be the likely leader contender here given their recent loan to Ebioss. The big boys Black Torro. All speculation and connecting some ideas here but i am becoming more and more comvinced as i have seen many hostile takeovers pre event and this is starting to have a strong resemblance. Will be monitoting this idea very closely indeed. Takeover coming??? Serious food for thought.

Bfc1 i looked into this deeply and found out the history of origen, altair & eco finance and it was very reassuring to see that they have backed and invested in the company big sums at many multiples present prices as well 5p+. Was very happy to see that the fundraise was given to them as they have a very long term mindset as well. Look at the price action they could have forward sold at any time on extended settlement but its clear they are long term investors. Very glad the management choose them instead of the bucket shop 10% gain broker clients who are toxic. Anyways nothing to worry about as we finally have bercheva out and the original backers invested long term now. Another briliant move by eqtec

Was 2-3p before the mess of bercheva. Its goes back there easy but whats interests me is what is going on behind the scenes here. So many things happening here...any one lands its multiples here and test of 2 year highs in 2018.

It depends mate. If they are buying stock via a nominee account then can take a while to TR1 as processes internally cam delay things but should be as soon as they cross the first thresholds they have 48 hoursto declare to market if direct buying with company. However many ways to fly under the radar....i would not want anyome knowing i am taking a stake or takeover as i would want the best price as possible. Regardless this sees multiples based of fundamentals. I just hope we dont get a cheap takeover at 3-4p as that would be annoying as see it a lot lot higher.

Agreed Luther. I can see easily eqtec at significantly north of £100 million valuations here soon. Confirmation of some huge contracts will see it there. If i was Black Torro i would buy out eqtec while its cheap and do a takeover, that would make business sense in my opinion. Actually hold on we have not considered the possibility of Black Torro building a stake for that purpose??? Now thats a thought for us all.... Hope that does not happen anytime soon as want this at 2 year highs first before any takeover happens.

Mark shares well said. Its a totally cleaner investment now that when we had bercheva. They are gone. Heres a thought.... If the smartest and biggest world leader has opened up the door to eqtec then who are we to judge a proven €12 billion valuation giant ACS. They have seen an opportunity to use eqtec to deliver some of the largest global contracts...100's millions is like gold dust to eqtec...for ACS its an everyday business as usual amount with annual revenues at €34.898 billion guys. Check on bloomberg every single one of you now and verify what i am saying is correct....its facts. I can see 2018 move into 100's millions valuations based not of a blind ramp but actaul solid delivery of giant contracts. Key is to get in as low as possible build a postion and then get glue and stick it to the chair and sit on your postion. Dont do that literally of course haha. You can see how the dots are connecting here....

Yes and its clear big money can see this is multiples below where it should be based of fundamentals. ACS (cobre)is the worlds largst EPC contractor, eqtec bagged the elephant here. €12 billion market valuations. Only. Does not take much intelligence to see why the worlds largest player decided to partner with eqtec....maybe because they have world class tech for acs world class contracts. Join the dots and things become very clear.

Research tells me all i need to know about eqtec and the giant recovery upside here. I believe 2 years highs are possible here. That partnership with ACS - Cobre could yield contracts in the 10's 100's millions and thats excluding existing contracts and other mass of newsflow we can expect. I suggest newbies spend time and research as this train when it leaves the station its gone. That's exactly my point from previous post. With all due respect troughseeker. If you cant see that this is now a game changer and penny has not dropped with research then sell up and move on.... There are plently waiting to buy the stock. But in my opinion this is the no brainer of 2018. But I get what you say about the past that's why I keep banging on about the huge huge huge significance of new leadership to grow this to the £100s million market cap where it should be. Dont second guess is what I say. News comes when it comes. And the bigger picture is not just one news release there are multiple news streams expected here. This is a war of retail vs big money and institutional here....the retail lots sell on small %rises and they are eaten up by the smart more sophisticated, educated and researched big money guys. Only one winner in that battle....haha
