Good find @Savage_KeyboardR, this is what I meant by a contract people started celebrating on 1st December when announced could be lost making through financial penalties, more resources etc and reputation as this saga goes on. Imho

In my experience Martin, everything Capita touches goes wrong, is delayed or incorrect (in this case all 3. Still waiting for mine too, had my figures since September. It's gone to be finalised at least twice. Appalling service. They always use the 'we inherited a mess' excuse

You sure? There was no measure in place to prevent the hack, surely you would not be covered. It's like having car insurance and leaving the car open for someone to steal. And asking insurance to pay out when you could have locked ur door to the car imho
