RE: Market Sentiment or Is Someone After YOUR Shares?8 Jul 2023 08:02
There's ways to look at this is.
- the company incurred a loss largely due to near enough doubling the workforce, why would u recruite soo many if they don't have work to do? The answer is clear, there's plenty of work!! but most importantly, it was highlighted they want to have large skilled workforce to BID for LARGER contracts which they had bid for soon to be announced
- why would JW part take in webinar to face shareholder questions after recent share performance, clearly shows the market is mis-understanding H&W situation.
- The company's revenue is expected to double each year from now, for atleast 3 years anyway. The book can flip from loss to substantial profit very quickly.
- the company is projected to hit £500m in 2025. Let's look at potential revenue for 2024 which is expected to hit £200m to £230m...and comparing this with today's market cap of around £15m- IM is ignored and could be additional revenue.
If you view this as long term, then short term fluctuation in price shouldn't really bother you, it's an opportunity to average down while shorters with FUD flush out the weak. Sentiment can here change very quickly. Today ur seeing 9p, in a weeks time u may see 15s and 20s, who knows? Is this drop a short term window of opportunity to position for long term. Could may well be. At £15 m Marketcap, how many will regret and look back in a years time and think u saw this at 9p and now it's sat at 50 to 100 million pound market. Only time will tell.
